Curator’s statement
Costa Palmas is a hidden gem just outside of Cabo, offering a more tranquil and luxurious alternative to the bustling tourist scene. Nestled along the East Cape of the Baja Peninsula, this private resort community is set against the backdrop of the Sierra de la Laguna mountains and the pristine Sea of Cortez. What makes Costa Palmas truly special is its blend of untouched natural beauty and world-class amenities.

Spacious gorgeous rooms
I don’t even know where to begin on this as there is so much information I want to share. Let’s start with activities:
Yachting and water sports: Explore the calm, swimmable waters of the Sea of Cortez by paddleboard, kayak or luxury yacht from the Costa Palmas Marina. We rented jet skis and saw thousands of dolphins. It was the most special experience.
Sport fishing: Known for world-class fishing, anglers can chase marlin, tuna, dorado and more just minutes from shore. My husband loves any opportunity to fish.
Snorkeling and diving: Discover vibrant coral reefs and marine life in nearby Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park.
Golf: Enjoy panoramic ocean and mountain views at the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones II-designed golf course.
Horseback riding: Ride along miles of quiet beaches or through desert trails.
Hiking and biking: The Sierra de la Laguna mountains offer stunning hiking and mountain biking adventures.
Wellness and spa: Unwind with custom treatments at the Four Seasons spa or join beachfront yoga. The outdoor spa loungers are gorgeous. I had the most lovely therapist that trained in Mexico and Greece. I consider myself a spa junkie and not every hotel massage is created equal.

Loved the open air lobby
Food was outstanding. Highlighted my faves.
Casa de Brasa: A relaxed Baja-style grill located poolside at the Four Seasons, perfect for casual bites with a local twist. Ceviche and guacamole were fantastic. Classic with an elevated twist.
Limón: A hidden garden restaurant featuring wood-fired dishes, seasonal ingredients and a romantic ambiance under citrus trees. I adore eating in an environment like this.
Mozza Baja: An upcoming outpost of the famed LA restaurant by Nancy Silverton, blending Italian classics with local Baja flavors. This will blow your mind. Get the chopped salad, ravioli and fresh fish. There is nothing that won’t blow your mind.
