Exceptional Service and Top-Notch Amenities at Virgin Hotels Nashville

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Virgin Hotel in Nashville for my second visit to Nashville and my first stay at a Virgin Hotels property. I can't say enough about the exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-tier service that made me feel like a VIP.

The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond to ensure that every guest's needs are met. The service was not just efficient but genuinely caring, which made all the difference. I was given some local goodies upon check-in, as well as a room upgrade. I was also granted a late checkout upon request, which was helpful as I had several things planned that day and needed to get back and change.

But service isn't the only standout feature at Virgin Hotel Nashville. The array of extra amenities available is nothing short of impressive. Booking through Fora got me a free daily breakfast (I’m not talking continental — it was a delicious, sit-down breakfast and a $100 food and beverage credit).

The rooftop pool and bar offer a stunning view of the city, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The library and coffee shop offered a great place to get some work done and enjoy a pastry while getting my caffeine fix. The on-site restaurant serves up delicious, innovative dishes, where I enjoyed meals at both dinner and breakfast. Plus, the speakeasy below the hotel was a fun surprise to explore and grab a drink. And the sunflower-covered swing in the lobby provides the perfect Instagram-worthy photo op!

The attention to detail in the rooms is also noteworthy. The modern, chic design is both stylish and comfortable, with high-tech features like mood lighting and an in-room app for customizing your stay. Little touches, like the luxurious bedding and thoughtfully curated mini-bar, made this stay feel indulgent. Plus, I loved how the bathroom, sink, shower and bedroom were all separate in this thoughtfully designed room. Ladies, you will love the make-up table with vanity lighting and comfy seats!

Overall, my stay at Virgin Hotels Nashville was nothing short of amazing. The excellent service and the wealth of amenities provides an unforgettable experience.
