Proper Hospitality excels at curating exceptionally stylish properties with excellent culinary and wellness programs. You’ll get a cowboy-chic aesthetic, with rustic hardwood, local art and grounded hues at The Proper Hotel Austin. In Santa Monica, rounded forms, geometric shapes and airy spaces reflect the area’s more beachy, glamorous vibes. Wherever you stay, the hotel more than delivers.

Fora Perks:

Singer Palace Hotel Roma

This boutique stay in the heart of Rome was originally the city’s headquarters for Singer Sewing Machines. (Mr. Singer set up shop here in the mid 19th century.) Today, each of its 29 rooms and suites provide a sophisticated urban escape. Expect hardwood floors, fun patterns, pops of colors and a contemporary, playful aesthetic (you’ll love the flower faces shaped like strawberries, for instance). After a day of exploring the nearby iconic landmarks — the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, et. al. — grab an aperitivo at the rooftop Jim’s Bar, where a 20s-inspired cocktail menu pairs beautifully with sweeping city views.

Fora Perks:

  • $100 food / beverage credit, a check-out amenity, breakfast daily, an upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Twenty-seven luxe villas comprise this dreamy getaway on Sumba Island, Indonesia. NIHI is barefoot luxury at its finest. The brand as a whole is committed to both ecological and cultural sustainability; they’re very involved with local communities, which is reflected in the numerous immersive activities available, from English teaching to market tours. Their Wild Wellness programming takes active adventure and holistic healing to a new level, rock running, spa safaris, equine therapy…whatever path you choose, nature will be involved. Freshly caught fish and produce sourced from the on-site organic garden populate the resort’s international, nourishing menus.

Fora Perks:

  • $100 hotel / resort credit, daily minibar restock, complimentary happy hour, three daily meals and non-alcoholic drinks, sea activities, a tour of the Sumba Foundation projects, an upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

These Italian gems are both part of the Relegance Collection. You’ll find the 25-room Palazzina Grassi in Venice, overlooking its famed canal. Rooms are sleek, and tastefully monochromatic — an elegant take on the classic black-and-white duo. The 33-room Rosapetra is the Dolomites escape you didn’t know you needed. Its alpine-chic aesthetic — pale wood, cozy vibes — complements the mountain views (and every room has amazing views). After a day of activity, retreat to the spa. Relax in the water-therapy area, complete with ice shoes, a Turkish bath, a sauna and more.

Fora Perks:

  • $50 hotel / resort credit, a welcome amenity, breakfast daily, an upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Palácio Ludovice

Lisbon is always a good idea, which is especially true if you stay at Palácio Ludovice, the 18th-century residence of the king’s architect. Today, the white-and-blue tiles, stucco ceilings and frescoes have been preserved, and the 61 contemporary, cozy rooms and suites nod to the hotel’s history. You might spot hand-painted tiles in your marble-and-glass-clad bathroom, for instance, or ceilings decorated with intricate carved wood. Don’t miss the spa, whose products and treatments come courtesy of Caudalie, nor its bar, which is housed in an ancient, brick-ceiling vault, with a killer wine list to match.

Fora Perks:

  • $100 food / beverage credit, daily chef’s amenity, a welcome drink & a complimentary wine tasting with the hotel’s sommelier.

Sublime Comporta and Sublime Lisboa

Sustainable luxury reigns at Sublime’s sleek, airy properties. Sublime Comporta sits on a sprawling natural expanse filled with pine and cork trees, sand dunes and rice fields. Choose from spacious rooms, suites and villas, all of which have heated floors and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the surrounding gardens and wildlife. Sublime Lisboa is a bit smaller in size — there are only 15 rooms. The aesthetic here skews more modern and eclectic, with brighter colors, patterned wallpaper and a touch of retro. At either property, though, you’ll be treated to meticulously sourced, artisanal cuisine, rich experiences and amazing service.

Fora Perks:

  • $100 food / beverage or spa credit, breakfast daily, an upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

Parco dei Principi Sorrento

Parco dei Principi, awash in gleaming whites and blues, reflects its oceanfront location. Secret tunnels provide a convenient path to a private beach, where you can lounge the day away and cool off in the Mediterranean. You can also take in the views from the salt-water pool, surrounded by rare flora and equipped with a diving board. For another nature fix, wander amongst the property’s expansive botanical gardens.

Fora Perks:

  • A welcome amenity, breakfast daily, an upgrade & extended check-in/out whenever possible.

The warmth and authenticity of this 26-room Turkish hotel is palpable. It’s the result of lovingly renovated homes and mansions, and staying here does indeed feel like being welcomed into someone’s home. Rooms are made of real caves or stone walls, but plush furniture and colorful rugs lend them a cozy, homey air. (Marble bathrooms further elevate the spaces.) Activities and experiences — wine tasting, yoga, hiking, biking, cave dinners — abound. In the evening (or really any time of day), savor locally sourced food at Moniq, the hotel’s authentic restaurant.

Fora Perks:

  • A welcome amenity, complimentary one-way airport transfer & an upgrade whenever possible.

The Zetter, Marylebone & The Zetter, Clerkenwell

Stately townhouses are the setting for these colorful, vibrant homes-away-from-home in London. Silken drapes, moody colors and a regal British sophistication define the bedrooms, while the equally cozy common areas are brimming with charm, eclectic objects, dark wood, upholstery and leather, evoking a classic British library. The Zetter takes its cocktails very seriously. A suite of friendly mixologists in the Parlour will design your perfect drink, best paired with one of their seasonal nibbles (potato-truffle croquettes, peppers with smoked salt).

Fora Perks:

  • Welcome amenities, breakfast daily, an upgrade & late check-out whenever possible.
