The seabound vacation isn’t going anywhere, and to set our advisors up for cruise-booking success, we’ve launched our very own Cruise Badge.
“We have designed Fora’s Cruise Badge as a distinction to highlight the knowledge, skills, personal experience and professional sales indicative of a trusted cruise-focused travel advisor,” said Ross Thomason, Fora’s Head of Training & Development.
To earn Fora’s Cruise Badge, advisors must complete a comprehensive training program which covers the ins and outs of bookings, how commission works, shore excursions, onboard dining, navigating stateroom options, matchmaking cruises to clients and more.
Criteria to earn the Cruise Badge includes passing the post-training exam, achieving the highest certification level with at least three cruise lines, demonstrating active community participation and delivering cruise-related collateral. Additionally, advisors will need to have sailed on at least two different cruise lines within the last two years.
