Day 1: Arrival in Zadar and drive to hotel

Upon arriving in Zadar, pick up your rental car and drive to the stunning Falkensteiner Resort Punta Skala, located on a picturesque, secluded peninsula. This resort offers several wonderful accommodation options tailored to your preferences:

Day 2: Lounge by the pool and browse local shops

Start your day with a leisurely morning at the resort, by the pool or at the beach, and then head to Zadar’s Old Town in the afternoon. Visit the Sea Organ and Roman Forum, take a stroll down Kalelarga and enjoy dinner at traditional Dalmatian restaurant, 4 Kantuna. Wrap up the day at Riva to watch the sunset over the Adriatic Sea and enjoy the "Greeting to the Sun" art installation.

Day 3: Catch a boat to Kornati National Park

Start your day with a boat trip to Kornati National Park. Spend your morning exploring the breathtaking islands and swimming in the crystal-clear waters.

Upon your return to land, take a scenic drive to the enchanting royal old town of Nin. On your way, marvel at the picturesque salt flats that have been harvested for centuries. Once in Nin, stroll through its charming stone streets, and as you wander, keep an eye out for windsurfers gliding across the waves in the distance.

Visit the remarkable Church of the Holy Cross, known as the world's smallest cathedral, dating back to 800 AD. Top off your day with a delightful dinner at Peperoni, a local favorite, and then an ice cream cone at Sorelle.

Day 4: Do a day trip to Šibenik

Head south on an hour-long drive to the historic city of Šibenik. Upon arrival, take a leisurely stroll along the iva, where you can admire the sailboats and maybe even spot a playful dolphin or two in the shimmering waters.

Immerse yourself in the rich history of Šibenik's old town with a visit to the magnificent St. James Cathedral, known for its stunning architecture and intricate stone carvings, as well as for the role it played as the backdrop in Game of Thrones. Then check out St. Michael’s Fortress, which offers panoramic views of the city and sea.

After a day of sightseeing, check in at the luxurious D-Resort Šibenik, where you can unwind and refresh, and then head out for dinner at one of the city's renowned local restaurants, such as Bronzin or Pelegrini.

Day 5: Immerse yourself in Krka National Park

Start your day with a boat trip to the breathtaking Krka National Park. Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of its cascading waterfalls and serene landscapes. Take time to explore the park's restored ethnological monuments, learning about the rich history and customs of the region.

On your return journey, visit Babich and Sladić wineries, where you can savor varietal wines made from hand-harvested and organically-grown indigenous grapes. Enjoy the flavors and aromas unique to this region. Afterward, head back to your resort for some well-deserved relaxation. Lounge by the pool or treat yourself to a rejuvenating spa treatment. As the day winds down, dine at D-Resort Šibenik’s Art restaurant, which offers delicious cuisine and stunning views of the Yacht Club.

Day 6: Enjoy a scenic drive to Split

Start with a scenic drive to Split and take a guided tour of the historic Diocletian's Palace. Enjoy lunch on the bustling riva, savoring local seafood with harbor views. Afterward, take the Jadrolinija ferry to Hvar and check in at the luxurious Maslina Resort. Relax and explore the resort's amenities, such as the infinity pool and lush gardens. In the evening, dine at the resort's fine restaurant, overlooking the serene bay. End your day with a peaceful beach walk as the sun sets over the mountains.

Day 7: Take in the panoramic views of Hvar

Start your day with a visit to the Spanish Fortress in Hvar for panoramic views. Stroll around the harbor, enjoying the lively atmosphere and charming cafes. In the afternoon, take a $16 water taxi to the Pakleni Islands. Families should head to Mlini Beach for its calm waters — perfect for children. Those seeking a livelier scene can go to Marinkovac Island, known for its beach clubs and vibrant atmosphere. Return to Hvar Town for dinner at Stajun, savoring Dalmatian cuisine like fresh seafood or black risotto.

Day 8: Ride an e-bike across the island

Start with a delicious resort breakfast, then embark on an e-bike tour across the island. First, sample exquisite olive oils at Bozić estate, followed by a wine tasting at Dubokovic Winery in Jelsa. Then, return to Stari Grad and explore one of the oldest towns in Europe, before enjoying an internationally inspired dinner at Nook, in a private garden tucked away in one of Stari Grad's most cherished backstreets. End your day with a water taxi ride back to Maslina Resort for a sunset boat ride through the bay, and unwind with a night cap at the waterfront bar.

Day 9: Walk the ancient city walls of Dubrovnik

Take the ferry to Split, followed by a drive to Dubrovnik. Upon arrival, check in at Bellevue Hotel Dubrovnik and start exploring Dubrovnik’s Old Town. Walk the ancient city walls for stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and the cityscape. Take the cable car up to Mount Srđ, where you can enjoy a cocktail at the Panorama Restaurant while soaking in the breathtaking vistas. Return to the Old Town for dinner at Lady Pi-pi, a renowned local restaurant known for its delicious Mediterranean cuisine.

Day 10: Swim in the Dead Sea

Get up early, grab a burek from the pekarna and hop on a boat ride to Lokrum Island where you can meet the peacocks, explore lush gardens and Game of Thrones backdrops and take a dip in the Dead Sea. Return to Dubrovnik’s Old Town for last-minute shopping and souvenirs. Finally, head back to your hotel to prepare for your transfer to the airport, ensuring a smooth end to your trip.
