Day 1: Arrival & Midtown

Top of the Rock, NYC - Leif Christoph Gottwald

Start your girls trip in classic Midtown style. After storing luggage at the New Yorker Hotel, enjoy a leisurely brunch at Friedman's, known for their delicious avocado toast and cocktails. Explore iconic landmarks including the NY Public Library (perfect for Instagram-worthy photos on the grand staircase) and the Top of the Rock for spectacular group selfies with city views. For dinner, Lia Maria in Little Italy offers authentic Italian cuisine in a charming setting. If you're up for a late night, consider adding a comedy show at the famous Comedy Cellar in Greenwich Village or the Gotham Comedy Club in Chelsea. Both venues feature rotating lineups of top comedians and rising stars, with late shows typically starting around 10 pm. Just be sure to make reservations in advance, as these popular venues often sell out!

Day 2: Lower Manhattan, Chelsea, Hell’s Kitchen & Theater District

Begin with a quick breakfast before visiting the moving 9/11 Memorial, plan to spend up to 2.5 hours if you like to fully immerse yourselves in the exhibits. For lunch, the vibrant Chelsea Market offers countless Instagram-worthy food options, followed by a stroll along the High Line Park, perfect for girl talk with unique city views and captivating artwork. The evening features dinner at the lively Añejo restaurant in Hell's Kitchen (their margarita flights are a must for girls night!) and dessert at Juniors for their famous cheesecake, followed by the Tony Award-winning Broadway show "Six" - an empowering, high-energy musical about Henry VIII's wives that's perfect for a ladies' night out.

Day 3: Central Park, Midtown & NY pizza

Start with breakfast before exploring Central Park's most romantic spots, including Bow Bridge and Bethesda Terrace (bring your cameras!). After lunch at Grand Central Market, immerse yourselves in art at MoMA, viewing masterpieces by Van Gogh, Monet and Warhol. End your NYC girls getaway with authentic pizza at NY Pizza Suprema, followed by the empowering hit musical "&Juliet" if you want to catch another Broadway show before leaving. This female-focused reimagining of Shakespeare's classic with pop music is the perfect final NYC experience. Alternatively, enjoy cocktails at a rooftop bar like 230 Fifth for breathtaking skyline views with your besties.

Need to know

  • Book Broadway tickets well in advance as popular shows like "Six" and "&Juliet" sell out quickly. For last-minute plans, try apps like TKTS, TodayTix or SeatGeek for same-day discounted tickets.

  • Consider adding a champagne afternoon tea at The Plaza, a SoHo shopping excursion or a weekend brunch with bottomless mimosas to your itinerary.

  • For a perfect girls night, check out Beauty & Essex on the Lower East Side (enter through a pawn shop!) or the speakeasy Please Don't Tell (make reservations).

  • Pack comfortable yet stylish walking shoes and a versatile outfit for Broadway.

  • Most importantly, allow some flexibility in your schedule for spontaneous discoveries and plenty of time for catching up with your friends.
