Places to eat & drink in Las Vegas

Evel Pie is a vibrant pizza restaurant in Las Vegas.

Dinners to delight

Mott 32 - This is my top Vegas pick! As a Seattleite, I'm spoiled with good Chinese food, so my expectations were high, and Mott 32 exceeded them. Highlights include the Signature Pork Buns, Hot & Sour Pork Soup Dumplings, A5 Japanese Wagyu, and General Tso’s Chicken. If you’re looking for the full experience, order the Peking Duck ahead of time—you won’t regret it!

Delmonico's Steakhouse - Nothing says "Vegas" like a classic steakhouse, and Delmonico’s at The Venetian is a standout. The wilted spinach salad with a fried poached egg still haunts my dreams, and their wine program is top-notch. If you love a good steak, this place should be on your list.

Komodo - Come for the Pikachu cocktail, served in a mug shaped like the beloved Pokémon, and stay for the Asian-fusion dishes like Korean Fried Chicken, Wagyu Beef Dumplings, and Otoro Tartare Sashimi. The cool nightclub vibes make it a fun spot to kick off your night.

Hard-to-get reservations that are worth the hype

é by José Andrés - A truly unique dining experience with a tasting menu that’s as much art as it is food. We went in December and had all the truffles, foie gras, and caviar you could ever want. The intimate setting makes it feel exclusive and special.

Carbone - This Italian gem at Aria is famous for its Spicy Vodka Rigatoni and Veal Parmesan. The rich flavors and elegant atmosphere make it worth the effort to snag a reservation.

Delilah Lounge - A swanky spot that blends old-school glam with modern Vegas flair, including performers during dinner service and a strict no photos policy. It’s a great place to see and be seen while enjoying expertly crafted cocktails and elevated American cuisine.

Budget eats that are amazing

Evel Pie - Located on Fremont Street, this pizza-by-the-slice joint lives up to the hype. We popped in for a quick bite at 9:30 PM, and it was bustling. They’ve got all the classics and some unique toppings, plus ranch dipping sauce for the win.

Nacho Daddy - I was skeptical about the punny name, but these nachos are no joke. The queso, guacamole and salsa trio is also a must-try. With locations up and down the Strip, it’s an easy and delicious stop.

Hattie B’s - Nashville Hot Chicken at the Cosmopolitan Food Court—it’s quick, it’s spicy, and it’s totally worth the wait. If you’re new to Nashville Hot Chicken, beware: the heat level is no joke!

Favorite brunches with bubbles

Wicked Spoon Buffet - This is my go-to brunch spot in Vegas, located in The Cosmopolitan. It strikes the perfect balance of variety, quality, and price, with the bonus of unlimited bubbles.

La Fontaine - Located in the Fontainebleau, this spot has 50s Miami vibes and an elegant brunch scene. The bright, stylish atmosphere is perfect if you’re dressed to impress. I loved the Le Royal (Smoked Salmon Benedict) on Everything Brioche, but I regret not ordering the Soufflé Pancakes for the table.

Sadelle’s - This cute spot at Bellagio is perfect for a girls' brunch. The Restaurant Manager treated us to complimentary Prosecco, and if there’s a quicker way to my heart, I haven’t found it yet.

Alexxa’s at Paris - The food is solid, the mimosas are bottomless, and the location right on the Strip is hard to beat. It’s a reliable choice for brunch.
