Curator’s statement
During my time studying abroad in Florence, panini quickly became my favorite culinary delight. I indulged in one almost every day, relishing in their affordability and deliciousness as the perfect lunch. Over time, I got to know the shop owners, sharing smiles and stories while savoring their creations. Returning last fall felt like a reunion, as I indulged in the same mouthwatering panini that had captured my heart.
