Curator’s statement

Mexico City, aka CDMX, is a vibrant metropolis that seamlessly blends rich history with modern luxury and culinary delights. There is so much to do, see and eat in this bustling city - multiple bars and restaurants on the World's 50 Best lists, friendly locals, cute boutiques, and cultural museums! I have personally traveled there five times and would go back five more! Having gotten married there in 2023, this city holds a special place in my heart and I'd be honored to craft the best itinerary for you.

Xochimilco - Known for its iconic floating gardens and vibrant canal system, take a ride on a colorful trajinera

Lucha Libre - A must-see wrestling experience in Mexico City!

Bike Tour - The best way to take in the whole city is renting a bike and exploring the various neighborhoods. I have the best taco bike tour recommendation!

Zócalo - Explore this historic landmark which is the the largest square in Latin America

Neighborhood strolls - Explore trendy neighborhoods like Roma and Condesa, where you'll find chic cafes, hipster bars, and fashionable boutiques nestled among tree-lined streets and historic architecture.

Restaurants/Local Hot Spots

Rosetta - One of the World's Best, this Italian inspired restaurant from Chef Elena

Reygadas - is a must-eat while in the city. Located in the beautiful Roma Norte neighborhood

Máximo Bistrot - This Parisian-inspired Mexican hot spot is one of my favorites! Located in an atrium-like space, the restaurant has great cocktails and a unique menu that changes daily. You can go à la carte, but there’s also a tasting menu with an optional wine pairing.

Lardo - A chic, Mediterranean-infused restaurant with an incredible brunch menu. Located in the hip Condesa neighborhood.

El Vilsito - Mechanic shop by day, taqueria by night. El Vilsito has some of the best tacos al pastor in Mexico City.
