Curator’s statement
Cabo San Lucas, nestled at the tip of Mexico's Baja Peninsula, offers a special kind of luxury (and not just all-inclusive). Think lounging on pristine beaches with the turquoise Sea of Cortez, world-class resorts that cater to your every need, with impeccable service, luxe spas and gourmet dining featuring fresh, local ingredients. While Cabo's culinary scene also extends far beyond the resorts, some of the top restaurants in the area lie within the gates of the most prestigious hotels in the area. Dive into trendy, oceanfront restaurants or hidden local gems, all boasting the freshest of flavors. From locally caught ceviche and spicy shrimp tacos, to chocolate clams, fresh guacamole and passion fruit margaritas, you’ll find these culinary delights through the Baja peninsula. While you may think of Cabo as a spring break party destination, many forget that it's also a very exclusive place where breathtaking beauty, indulgent pampering, and amazing restaurants go hand in hand.
