Things to do in Savannah

Packing list:
Comfortable walking shoes are a must for exploring the city on foot. Many of the streets are made with cobblestone and the sidewalks have root systems that have made for uneven paths.
Savannah's weather can be unpredictable. Be prepared for rain.
Pack for warm and humid weather, especially during the summer months. Be mindful of the heat. Stay hydrated and take frequent breaks if you feel fatigued.
Don't forget sunscreen, a hat and insect repellent.
Travel tips:
Utilize the free public transportation system (DOT) or hop on hop-off Trolley to navigate the city if walking isn't an option.
