Day 1: Arrival and Marina Bay Exploration

Morning: Arrive in Singapore and check into your luxury hotel preferably in Marina Bay - I love Ritz Carlton Singapore and it is possibly one of the best there. Alternatively, you could choose to stay at Orchard Road where St Regis and Shangri-la stand-out.
Afternoon: Visit Gardens by the Bay, where kids can explore the SuperTree Grove and Cloud Forest.
Evening: Enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Marina Bay waterfront and catch the mesmerizing light and sound show at the Spectra.
Day 2: Check Out the Singapore Zoo

Morning: Spend the morning until evening at the Singapore Zoo, where kids can get up close to a variety of animals in a naturalistic setting.
Evening: If you have the stamina and zeal, suggest you continue with the Night Safari at the same location for a fun night with animals. Be prepared to leave the parks physically exhausted but adrenally pumped.
Day 3: Visit Chinatown and Little India

Morning: Visit the vibrant neighborhoods of Chinatown and Little India, where you can experience Singapore's multicultural heritage.
Afternoon: Enjoy a delicious lunch featuring diverse cuisines at a local hawker center.
Evening: Take a bumboat ride along the Singapore River and admire the city skyline.
Day 4: Head to River Wonders

Morning & Afternoon: If you are still an animal lover head to River Wonders and discover unique river habitats from around the world.
Evening: Return to the hotel for a relaxing evening by the pool or indulge in a family dinner at a nearby restaurant.
Day 5: Shift to Sentosa Island

Time to change hotels or at least that's my suggestion. I recommend shifting to Sentosa Island (recommend W Sentosa or Sofitel Sentosa) as you would like to consume the rest of your Singapore adrenaline here.
Early morning: Head to Sentosa Island hotel and after check-in or quick bag drop-off spend the day at Universal Studios Singapore, enjoying thrilling rides and attractions.
You will end up exhausted after the hectic day at Universal Studios and possibly want to indulge in spa therapy at the comfort of your hotel.
Days 6-7: Visit Orchard Road

Do not miss out on relaxing lunch at one of Sentosa's family-friendly restaurants and exploring other attractions such as S.E.A. Aquarium or Adventure Cove Waterpark.
On the last day or two, you may want to spend your time at Orchard Road, Singapore's premier shopping district, where you'll find luxury boutiques and international brands. Spend the afternoon having a leisurely lunch at a stylish café or restaurant. In the evenings (preferably when around Marina Bay), you may want to try out your luck or skills at the casino.
Keep in mind all your shopping in Singapore is eligible for GST/VAT refund at the airport - so ensure you carry your passport to the shops.
Need to know
Singapore is one place that I keep coming to for more. If you like Indian food, do not miss out on fabulous dinner at Rangmahal (at The Pan Pacific Hotel, Marina) and feasting on some authentic yet pocket-friendly South Indian specialties such as Podi Dosa and Podi idle at Murugan Idli in Little India.
