Places to eat & drink in Napa Valley

Stanley Ranch dining contains a diverse menu of foods all plated on a large circular table with silverware and fixings.

Celebrating the bounty of the land

By leveraging its exceptional location as a distinctive working ranch, the culinary program at Stanley Ranch crafts menus and dining experiences that are sustainably sourced and influenced by the seasons. Emphasizing a holistic and experiential approach, the cuisine at Stanley Ranch celebrates the profound link between the land, ingredients, artisans, and farmers.

Basin Bar

A Provence-style setting makes this casually elegant dining spot particularly magical. Adjacent to the grand pool, Basin Bar offers light and plant-forward dishes. Colorful craft cocktails and a wine program are designed to be a bit more lighthearted and playful. Drawing on wines from noted producers, but from lesser-known areas, there’s a little something for everyone.

Bar open daily from 11:00am to 6:00pm

Gavel

A buzzing coffee shop complete with Chef Harry's freshly baked pastries and specialty roasts from Sightglass Coffee. Discover it all, from retail and craft goods by talented Bay Area artisans to picnic items for your afternoon in the vineyard.

Grange Harvest Dinner | Fall

As we reimagine the flavors of Fall, indulge in an autumnal spread showcasing arugula, mustard greens, and winter squash as well as wines by The Mascot.

The culinary program at Stanley Ranch utilizes its unique position as a one-of-a-kind, working ranch. This creates sustainably sourced and seasonally driven menus and dining experiences. Holistic and experiential, the cuisine at Stanley honors the infinite connection between the land, ingredients, makers, and farmers. Children 10 and under enjoy complimentary meals from our kids’ menus at Bear, Basin Bar, and through in-room dining from June 15 through September 2, 2024.

Need to know

Due to Napa Valley's renowned reputation for wine, it can be challenging for locals producing other goods to gain recognition. The grapes cultivated on the region's exceptional terroir are highly esteemed worldwide, leading to almost every available piece of land being converted into vineyards. However, the picturesque landscapes of Napa and Sonoma counties, with their rolling hills and oak savannas, not only make it a delightful place for wine enthusiasts but also offer an extensive network of rural roads and trails. Many attract cyclists of all kinds, along with a surprising array of artisans catering to their specific preferences. This makes it a premier destination for anyone wanting to experience a true California winery experience!
