This modern, minimalist café, inspired by Japan, offers loads of different options such as a Tonka iced latte and Orenji Chai. A short walk away is Mercat Central de Valencia, the largest market in Europe with fresh produce. Make sure to wonder around all the different stalls and don’t forget to look up and marvel at the architecture. Once you’ve finished here, down the street get some lunch at Panaderia. Here you can try some traditional Spanish Bocadillos with Iberian ham and other fillings of your choice.
In the afternoon, walk to Plaça de L’Ajuntament where you can see gorgeous architecture and the fountain. Once you’ve finished up here, stroll over to the El Carmen district, home to little streets and independent shops. This is the perfect place to take good pictures of your trip!
For dinner, head to Atenea Sky, a rooftop restaurant and bar. A menu full of Valencian dishes accompanied with amazing views over the city. Ensure you get a Valencian pizza, called a Coca. It is a small pastry with different sauces and toppings.

In the morning, head to *News & Coffee,* a coffee stand in a small plaza. Get some breakfast at one of the independent restaurants in the square. Once you’re feuled and ready, head to Carrer de Colon, the best shopping street in the city. Have a browse or treat yourself to some new items.
Later on, head to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciences, a large cultural complex of museums and water features. It's also one of the 12 Treasures of Spain, you can spend hours basking in the scenery, visiting the museums or walking through the gardens. You will feel like you have been transported to a different world, and it is truly a wonderful part of the city.
To finish of the second day, go for dinner at *Begin,* a healthy and simplistic restaurant. Its ethos is based on ‘returning to the origin’ using local produce. They offer a wide of dishes from multiple cuisines, like tacos al pastor and bao buns.
Day 3: El Cabayal
Wake up and head west to Valencia’s El Cabayal neighbourhood. Go to Doux-Amer for a tasty and relaxing brunch. They have great speciality coffee and crepes on offer. A few steps away is Playa de las Arenas and various other beaches than span across Spain’s west coast. If you go on a day with good weather, spend your day relaxing on the beach and walking along the marina. For late lunch or dinner, go to Boa Beach, a casual dining venue with a large menu.
