Start your day in Monterosso, where golden beaches await. Spend the morning lounging on the beach or exploring the town. Don’t miss the stunning Church of San Giovanni Battista, a historic church with beautiful artwork. For lunch, savor local seafood at Ristorante Il Porticciolo, known for its fresh catch and charming seaside views.

Upon arrival, explore the iconic Doria Castle, which offers panoramic views of the village and surrounding sea. For lunch, indulge in a traditional Pasta al Pesto at Vernazza’s trattoria, which uses local ingredients for an authentic taste.

After your meal, take a moment to relax at the harbor or visit the Church of Santa Margherita d'Antiochia, a stunning church that overlooks the sea.

The next stop is Manarola, where you can stroll along the scenic paths of the Via dell'Amore, a romantic trail that connects Manarola to Riomaggiore. This walk offers breathtaking coastal views and is an excellent spot for capturing photographs.

In Riomaggiore, visit the Church of San Giovanni Battista and enjoy a leisurely lunch at Trattoria Rio Bistrot, famous for its homemade focaccia. Spend the afternoon exploring the charming streets and local shops before taking a sunset train back to Monterosso.

Day 5: Corniglia and Wine Tasting

Today, head to Corniglia, the only village not directly on the sea, perched high on a cliff. The trek up the 382 steps is worth the effort for the stunning views. After exploring the narrow streets and enjoying a coffee at a local café, embark on a vineyard tour. Sample Sciacchetrà, a sweet dessert wine unique to the region, at a family-run vineyard.

For dinner, return to Monterosso and dine at Ristorante La Cambusa, where you can savor fresh seafood paired with local wines while enjoying views of the Mediterranean.

Day 6: Relax and Explore the Coast

Take a leisurely day to relax on the beach or explore the area by boat. Consider booking a private boat tour that allows you to see Cinque Terre from the water, stopping at hidden coves for swimming and snorkeling.

In the evening, return to Monterosso for dinner at Ristorante L'Ancora della Tortuga, known for its delicious seafood pasta dishes and lovely atmosphere.

Day 7: Departure

Brightly colored houses line the coast as waves glisten under a clear sky in the distance.

As your journey through Cinque Terre comes to a close, enjoy a final breakfast overlooking the ocean before heading back to La Spezia for your onward travels. The memories of colorful villages, stunning hikes and delicious food will linger long after you've left this enchanting coastal paradise.
