Day 1: Wine & Michelin Stars
Morning: Arrive at Meadowood Napa Valley and check into your room. Take a hike around the beautiful property before heading out for your first winery tour.
Afternoon: Start your wine-tasting experience by visiting Promontory Winery. This winery is owned by Will Harlan, who’s known as the Godfather of Napa Valley. The winery is nestled in the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains, offering breathtaking views of the valley. Learn about the history of the winery and its production process, and enjoy a tasting of their wines.
Evening: Enjoy a relaxing dinner at Cook St. Helena. This Michelin-Starred restaurant offers farm-to-table cuisine, with a menu that changes seasonally to showcase the best ingredients from the region. The risotto is a must-try!
Day 2: Spa day & more wine
Morning: After breakfast in bed or on your patio, check out the Forbes 5-Star Spa at Meadowood. All of the treatments are amazing, and I definitely recommend adding a bath to your treatment. Afterward, head to Jarvis Estate, another renowned winery in Napa Valley. This winery is unique in that it is entirely built underground, with a stunning cave system that houses the wine barrels. Enjoy a tour of the winery and a tasting of their handcrafted wines.
Afternoon: For lunch, head to Rutherford Grill, a classic American steakhouse that offers delicious grilled meats, salads and sides.
Evening: Tonight, dine at The Charter Oak, which is known for its open-fire cooking style. The restaurant offers a family-style menu, featuring dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.
Day 3: Nature, great food & more wine
Morning: Start your day with some time in nature by going for a hike or by relaxing out by the pool at your hotel.
Afternoon: For lunch, head to Farmstead or Acacia House. Farmstead offers a farm-to-table experience with a menu that changes seasonally. The biscuits are a must-try. Acacia House offers a modern take on classic American cuisine.
End your trip with a visit to Fait-Main, a winery known for its small-production, high-quality wines. Enjoy a tour of the vineyard, learn about the winemaking process and taste their wines.
