Where to stay

Unlock perks by contacting Claire to book your trip.

Day 1: Arrival to Orlando

Welcome to the “Happiest Place on Earth”! Throughout the day your group arrives and once you are checked-in, you'll set up the villa to celebrate the bride-to-be while catching up with old friends and new over drinks and snacks before getting ready for dinner.

MAGICAL TIP: Pre-order snacks, drinks, waters and breakfast items from Publix/Instacart for pick up or delivery to your Hotel.

DINNER

Kick off your magical bachelorette weekend with a knee slappin’ good time at the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue dinner show located at Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. This Wild West musical comedy is ~2 hours and is sure to leave the group in stitches from laughing. Tickets are inclusive taxes/gratuity and also include unlimited beer, wine and sangria.

Grab Minnie Van(s) via the Lyft app to drop your group off and pick you back up right by the Pioneer Hall theater.

MAGICAL TIP: Dining reservations open 60 days prior to Resort arrival date and are highly recommended for large parties, especially for dinner. While reservations can be confirmed on your My Disney Experience account, large parties may be split into 2 reservations that will be linked.

Day 2: Drinks Around the World at Epcot

People are exploring the Epcot international gateway

A journey through eleven countries in one day and a cheers to the bride at each! Let’s be honest, this bachelorette weekend isn’t designed for kids so there’s no need to have every detail of your day at EPCOT planned out or to rush from Point A to Point B. Arrive when the park opens and make your way to the World Showcase to begin your “trip around the world”.

MAGICAL TIP: Add the “Memory Maker One Day” Disney PhotoPass to link all photos/videos from the professional photographers located throughout the Park. All photos are instantly available on your My Disney Experience account so you can download and share them right away!

MAKE IT FUN FOR THE BRIDE

  • Wear Themed/Matching Shirts

  • Get matching ears for the group and Minnie Ears with a veil for the bride

  • Hunt for Hidden Mickey’s

  • Create a Photo/Video Scavenger Hunt for the Bride

WHERE TO EAT

Breakfast: Bagels/Pastries/Fruit in Villa
Lunch: Whichever country you land in when you get hungry!
Dinner: La Hacienda de San Angel at the Mexico Pavillion

CAN’T MISS RIDES & ENTERTAINMENT AT EPCOT

  • Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

  • Test Track (World of Discovery)

  • Soarin’ Around the World (The Land)

  • Mariachi Cobre (Mexico Pavilion)

  • Evening Fireworks (World Showcase)

EPCOT FESTIVALS

While everyone knows about EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival, there are 3 other festivals that are just as fun and bring something new to the park each time you visit.

  • International Festival of the Arts (January - February)

  • International Flower & Garden Festival (March - July)

  • International Food & Wine Festival (July - November)

  • International Festival of the Holidays (November - December)

Day 3: Pool Day & Monorail Bar Crawl

a large otherworldly fortress lit up at nightfall

With a full day of walking (and drinking) around EPCOT under your belt, your bachelorette crew has earned a well-deserved morning of recovery and relaxation. Enjoy your hotel’s pool for a morning full of Florida sunshine before you hop on the monorail to start the bar crawl.

WHERE TO EAT

Breakfast: Bagels/Pastries/Fruit in Villa
Lunch: Poolside!
Dinner: Apps & Food During Bar Crawl

MONORAIL BAR CRAWL

Take the next Bus from your Hotel to the Transportation & Ticket Center to hop on the Resort Monorail.

Stop 1 - Polynesian Village Resort
Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto - This is one of the most sought after bars at WDW which is why I recommend stopping here first. Put your name on the waitlist and hang at Tambu Lounge in the meantime. They don’t take reservations, but even with a party of 10+ we were able to enjoy the fun of Trader Sam’s.

Tambu Lounge - Hang here while you wait for entry into Trader Sam’s.

Stop 2 - Grand Floridian Resort
Enchanted Rose

Stop 3 - Contemporary Resort
Outer Rim Lounge

Then monorail back to the T&T Center to hop on the bus back to your hotel.
