Curator’s statement
Park City is one of my favorite places to visit in Utah. It has beautiful panoramic views in both winter and summer. I always love to go in the summer to experience the green mountains and wildflowers. It also is home to some of the best food from quick apres-ski to fine-dining restaurants!
Park City really is such a hidden gem and must-visit place in Utah.

Things to do In Park City, Utah
Here's an expanded list with more details on top summer activities in Park City:
Top 10 Things To Do in Park City This Summer
Ride the lifts up and mountain bike down the trails at Park City Mountain Resort. I recommend the Spiro, Murdock and Red Pine trails for gorgeous alpine scenery with waterfalls and lakes. The downhill rides are a blast!
Wander down Main Street, which is lined with cute cafes, chill brewpub patios, shops and galleries. Don't miss the lively Farmers Market on Saturdays! And the free outdoor concerts and movies in the park are awesome entertainment.
Visit the Olympic Park to take informative tours and watch athletes train up close. A bobsled ride, zipline trip and climbing the wall are my top interactive activity picks here - if you love an adrenaline rush!
Paddleboard, kayak or swim at the pristine Jordanelle Reservoir for stunning mountain views. It's so peaceful and picturesque on the water.
Tee off at one of Park City's scenic golf courses nestled right in the mountains. Play a round while surrounded by gorgeous alpine scenery.
Hike and bike the extensive trail network, covering over 400 miles around Park City. You could spend all summer exploring the trails and never get bored!
Ride the Alpine Coaster or longest zipline in the U.S. at Park City Mountain for an adrenaline rush and fabulous views.
Splash and play at City Park's recreational area or cool off on the Olympic Park's splash pad. Both are family-friendly spots to have fun on a hot day!
Day Trips:
Salt Lake City — Only 40 minutes away, explore Temple Square, museums and restaurants in Utah's capital city. The nightlife and foodie scene in up-and-coming neighborhoods like Sugar House are worth checking out.
Sundance Mountain Resort — Less than an hour's drive is this resort that offers hiking, biking, zip lining and an alpine coaster with fabulous mountain views. It's less crowded than Park City.
