Day 1: Arrive in New Orleans!

Jackson Square is possibly one of the most photographed landmark in New Orleans.

Arrive in New Orleans for a beautiful stay at the chic Virgin Hotels New Orleans or a more luxurious experience at the Windsor Court Hotel.

After you check in and settle, you'll want to head out for lunch and sightseeing. You'll want to maximize all of your time there. For lunch, check out the quaint Thaihey Nola, a modern Thai restaurant! Although not a sole vegan restaurant, they have unique vegan/vegetarian dishes sure to wow you. Check out their menu.

After lunch, head to Jackson Square for sightseeing and a beignet from Cafe Du Monde if you're up for it. After all, you can't go to New Orleans and not visit the world-famous cafe.

You'll want to take a stroll back to the hotel. I recommend walking because New Orleans' streets are filled with culture and exciting sights.

I highly recommend resting for a few before heading to a happy hour. Many bars offer great bar menus, allowing you to taste the cuisine without committing to a full dinner. Check out the Virgin Hotel's swanky rooftop bar, The Pool Club Rooftop.

You'll head to MayPop Restaurant, a Southeast Asian-inspired fusion restaurant for dinner. The ambiance is lively but quiet. The menu features many vegetarian/vegan options, and they are delicious. The menu rotates, so be sure to check before you go.

For your nightcap, head to Bar Marilou, one of the local favorites. You'll want to make a reservation if you can. It gets busy, but once you are there or have a table, you're sure to spark interesting conversations with locals or tourists. It's a good time for sure, with interesting cocktails to compliment it!

Day 2: Relaxation

Enjoy nightly live jazz & drinks in an intimate space at Fritzel's European Jazz Pub.

Day two is all about relaxation! New Orleans has some of the best spas. Book your appointment for the Windsor Court Spa in advance. You'll have access to all of the spa amenities, including the rooftop pool and bar if you're not staying there. This will take up most of your morning through the afternoon, and it will be well worth it.

After your luxurious spa session, opt for a late lunch at Carmo, described as a tropical restaurant, bar and cultural space. Food is delicious and eclectic.

End your last night with an early-evening, fun and very touristy bar hop down Bourbon Street, and end over in the French Quarter. You're sure to find some of the best drinks and music in the French Quarter. Check out the Carousel Bar or Fritzel's European Jazz Pub.

Day 3: A Nawlins Brunch

Have a delicious Vegetable Frittata with Lump Crab Meat for Brunch at Commander's Palace.

You can't leave New Orleans without having a good old Nawlins brunch! Check out Commander's Palace - a long-time stable in New Orleans.

Brennan's - for a more upscale experience.

Morrow's - for a soul-food, cultural experience.

Enjoy and until the next time!
