Things to do in Mallorca

Green mountains in the daytime
  • From Son Brull Hotel we biked to Pollenca (about 25 minutes) and walked around and looked for a bite to eat. Beautiful town to cruise around and a nice sunset bike ride home through the vineyard!

  • We rented a car and drove around the entire island - saw so many cool beach towns along the way (Deia and Soller).

  • Went to Deia - drive down the TINY street to the bottom (even if there is a sign that there isn’t parking. Small little beach and two awesome waterfront restaurants!

  • We drove to the winery called Bodega Vi Rei which was beautiful and grand!

  • We strolled the streets and enjoyed walking down Paseo del Borne - a lot of shops and restaurants to check out.

Places to eat & drink in Mallorca

house by the water
  • Ca's Patró March - Epic place for seafood over the water! Drive down the tiny path and park at the small lot. Go midday if you don’t have a reservation - we were able to get a table because it was early! We ordered shrimp and got the catch of the day, epic! Dad peels potatoes all day for the meals. Also a great swim spot to enjoy with locals!

  • Restaurante El Pilón - Had tapas and drinks here - get the Octopus, pan-seared razor clams, and potatoes! We also tried the local drink (can’t remember the name, but it was a nightcap shot and super tasty!)

  • Bar Nicolas - Great cocktail bar. We got the Naked & Famous and Penicillin!

  • FERVOR PALMA Restaurante & Bar - seafood feast, was good not great.

  • We stumbled into a concert in the park and met some Swedes and went to Sabotage Bar aka the Clurbb that loved 90s music! The Santa Catalina waterfront / boardwalk is where the night scene is poppin!

  • Social Club - Night club, need to get tickets!

Things to Try (We didn’t)!

  • Can Lluc - One location in Deia (on the water) - fresh seafood like Ca’s Patro March. One location in Palma!

  • Restaurante Can Joan Frau - Traditional tapas in the mercat de Santa Catalina

  • Patro Lunares - Try the Paella and octopus!

  • Ombu Tapas & Cocktails - Fun tapas spot with great cocktails - NEED A RESSIE!

  • El Camino - Tapas and gorgeous interior

  • Manataco - Mexican with great food and fun cocktails!

  • CALIXTO - Try the Seafood Paella!
