Giraffe Manor

This hotel, located in Nairobi, allows guests to interact with Rothchild's giraffes at breakfast or afternoon tea. There are 12 guest rooms at Giraffe Manor. Each room is uniquely decorated with a theme-name. On-site activities include a spa, cafe, breakfast with giraffes, afternoon tea and visiting the giraffe center. Excursions close by include horseback riding, shopping, and exploring Nairobi National Park. Giraffe Manor is a definite Instagram-worthy destination.

ION Adventure Hotel

Situated on the edge of Thingvellir National Park, this sustainable yet luxurious hotel also appeals to adventurous travelers. They truly thought of everything - down to heated floors in each guest room. Many activities include fishing, horseback riding, hot spring visits, glacier trekking and even diving (and seeing the American and Eurasian tectonic plates). There is a restaurant on the property serving up Nordic cuisine as well as a 32-foot outdoor hot tub. ION has stellar panoramic views, and if you're lucky, you can see The Northern Lights!

ULUM Moab

This innovative, glamping resort located in Moab, Utah, brings luxury to a remote area. ULUM is less than an hour from Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park. They have many on-site activities like yoga, painting, soap making and tea blending. Excursions are offered through the resort, such as rock climbing, canyoneering, hummer safari and even scenic driving. Each tent suite has luxury amenities and furnishings. The restaurant's menu features Southwest-inspired dishes. Relax by one of the firepits or enjoy sitting on your private deck to your tent and take in the beauty of Moab.

Inverlochy Castle

Surrounded by beautiful scenery and rich history, Inverlochy Castle is also located in the outdoor capital of the UK. Excursions include white water rafting, mountain biking, archery, boat trips and even a ride on the Hogwarts Express. There are several room categories, from a quaint double suite to a private Gate Lodge with views of the garden and highlands. There is a restaurant in the castle called Seasgair overseen by the two-Michelin-star chef Michel Roux Jr with a discovery menu of local ingredients that changes daily. This inviting stay will have you feeling like royalty!

The Standard Huruvalhi

Fly into Male Velana's International Airport and take a short sea plane ride over to The Standard and soak in this stunning resort. There are 115 villas/bungalows each with their own plunge pool. Take in the beautiful island, snorkel the protected reef, and even deep dive. The Standard has seven on-site restaurant/bar concepts. Select one of the meal plans ranging from bed & breakfast to all-inclusive. End your day dancing on a see-through floor at the Beru Bar, which features the largest disco ball in the Maldives! This resort certainly sets The Standard!
