Day 1: Arrive in New Orleans

Grab a beignet and iced coffee and watch the boats go by.

Visit the Audubon Aquarium.

Lunch at Willa Jean or the Daily Beet for Vegetarian options.

Check out the Museum of Southern Jewish Experience.

Catch a movie at Prytania Theatres at Canal Place.

Day 2: Spend a day in City Park

Visit the Louisiana Children's Museum and make sure to stop in the Acorn Cafe. The best museum food you will ever have.

For older kids, visit the Carousel Gardens Amusement Park or City Putt Mini Golf.

New Orleans Museum of Art and Sculpture Gardens is a small but mighty museum. Very manageable with kids.

Take the streetcar from City Park to Blue Oak BBQ.

Day 3: Explore uptown

Head to the zoo! Audubon Zoo.

Grab coffee at Hivolt Coffee and do some shopping at:

Bring the kids to Wonderland and Sea or check out Urban South Brewery. Some days they have the bounce house out!
