Curator’s statement
Toledo is just 30 minutes by train from Madrid and a must-see for anyone seeking old-world charm. It is known as the "City of the Three Cultures" for the cultural influences of Christians, Muslims and Jews throughout its history. I was completely awestruck the first time I visited Toledo, and each visit never ceases to amaze me.

Catedral Primada: One of Spain's most important religious sites, the cathedral in Toledo is a symbol of the country's rich history and architectural brilliance.
Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes: Even in a city of historic buildings, this monumental 15th-century monastery stands out. Check out the building’s granite facade. Don Quixote Route: The Don Quixote Route begins in the city of Toledo, capital of Castilla-La Mancha. In this first section of the route, discover the famous windmills, the main squares, castles and varied popular architecture.
Puente de San Martín: medieval bridge built in the 14th century crossing the Tagus River. Very few bridges in the world were as long as Peunte de San Martin at the time of its construction.
