Things to do in Paris

Visit the Musée Carnavalet during the day to learn about the history of Paris then return at night to enjoy the gardens as they transform into a hip spot to grab a cocktail. Shop for a handbag at Pourchet. Peruse the various fripperies or thrift shops throughout the lively neighborhood. Take a food and wine tour of the Marais to discover hidden gems. Relax and people-watch in the posh gardens of the Place des Vosges.
Places to eat & drink in Paris

Indulge in a delicious chocolat chaud at Carette in the Place des Vosges. Snack on falafel at L'As de Falafel on the Rue des Rosiers. Dine on authentic boeuf bourguignon or soupe à l'oignon at Au Bourguignon du Marais. Explore the vibrant Marché aux enfants rouge in the heart of the jewish quarter. Treat yourself to authentic Japanese cuisine at Kuma.
Need to know
The Marais is best explored by wandering and being open to the delights that present themselves. Strolling through the neighborhood with my daughter always brings sweet surprises.
