Where to Eat and Drink

Relaxing place to eat and drink at The Terrace at Delaware Park.

Inness - Try the handmade pasta or sit outside for the grill bar menu. All of the fruit is super fresh and comes from their own garden.

Troutbeck - Every month Troutbeck curates a new menu and everything is sourced locally from farms nearby.

Wildflower Farms - Wildflowers farms offer incredible food experiences like making your own floral focaccia, and foraging for produce through their 3-acre farm. You can join their executive chef Rob Lawson for a cooking workshop with what you sourced.

Chatwal Lodge - Chef Jesse Kloskey spent time working in Michelin Restaurants, so you know it's good. The atmosphere is warm and the food is farm to table.

Canyon Ranch - Canyon Ranch offers a demo kitchen where you can watch and learn the pros cook in a private or group session with a hands-on cooking class. They also have two restaurants with a dining experience as warm and thoughtfully planned as the food itself.

Miraval - All delicious meals, snacks, coffee, smoothies and non-alcoholic beverages are included.

Eastwind Hotels - The restaurants serve an ever-changing menu of international comfort food and well-made cocktails. Make sure to make a reservation at Dandelion.

Habitas on Hudson - The food at their restaurant, Social, is infused with creative global dishes and fresh locally grown ingredients.

White Hart - Try one of their constantly changing signature cocktails. They make great martinis. Or stop by Provisions for breakfast.

Scribners Catskill Lodge - Eating at Scribner's Restaurant and Bar, Prospect, comes with mountain views, and a cedar deck with fire pits outside. Can't recommend it enough for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
