Places to eat & drink in Napa Valley
Where to drink
Inglenook - The chateau and grounds will make you feel like you've been transported to another world! We're getting major old-money aesthetic vibes. There are tours, tastings and the opportunity to just enjoy the Bistro with outdoor seating. With a charming and cozy atmosphere, it's a great stop for everyone in your group.
Far Niente - aA absolutely stunning winery that feels like a fairytale and is well known for Chardonnay and Cabernet Sav? Yes, please! There really is a timeless magic about this place. Far Niente comes from the Italian phrase without a care and we can almost guarantee you won't have a care in the world besides enjoying your afternoon here, sipping wine and passing time.
Nickel & Nickel - Where the Wild West meets the West Coast. Vineyards, gardens and farmhouse chic. This winery was established by the founders of Far Niente. They focus on producing 100 percent varietal, single-vineyard wines.
Cakebread Cellars - For our modern architecture lovers! Family-run with a focus on preserving the land for future generations, this is a beautiful place to stop by on your Napa adventure.
Stag's Leap - A visit to Napa isn't complete without a tasting at Stag's Leap. The red wine from Stag's Leap is what helped make Napa what it is today (in 1973, Stag's Leap Cab was selected by a group of French wine judges as the best red during a blind tasting of both American and French wines). The estate is breathtaking - with over 240 acres of pristine land.
Chateau Montelena Winery - Any fans of the movie Bottleshock out there? Then this winery might sound familiar to you. If you're a white wine drinker, this is the place for you. Chateau Montelena is most famous for winning the white wine section of the historic "Judgment of Paris" wine competition. The stone estate is hauntingly beautiful and is a perfect stop on your tour.
Domaine Carneros - Where can you find the best bubbles in Napa? Look no further than Domaine Carneros. With it's french-inspired chateau and perfectly manicured gardens, this is the place to fulfill all your bubbly needs.
