Where to stay in Los Angeles

Unlock perks by contacting Gabby to book your trip.

Day 1: Explore the Venice & Santa Monica in Los Angeles

Wander the streets of Venice

After checking into your hotel, grab lunch at Gjelina and take a stroll down Abbott Kinney. If you’re in the mood for a cold treat, grab an ice cream at Salt & Straw or a smoothie from Erewhon. From there, pop over the famous Venice canals for a peek at some of the westside’s most sought after real estate within an unexpected, serene Venice hideaway.

Westside Girls Night Out

Head to dinner at Élephante followed by a drink at the Bungalow (a large outdoor bar scene) or Wally’s (a chic bar/restaurant). For a more edgy, intimate vibe, pop down to Gran Blanco in Venice.

Day 2: Malibu Morning, Beach Day & Night on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles

Malibu Morning Hike

Grab a coffee at Alfred’s and take the scenic PCH drive up to Los Liones. Park as close as possible to the Paseo Miramar Trailhead before entering the trail. Keep going until you’ve reached the Parker Mesa Overlook — the trail's peak vista. You’ll know it when you see it, and I promise it’s worth the trek :)

Beach Day

Option to continue north for a pier-side lunch at Malibu Farm or head back south, throw on a bathing suit, grab a Ggiata sandwich and post up on Venice Beach for an afternoon in the sun. If you’re feeling social, join one of the many volleyball crews lining the beach. The best spots for that are directly north and south of the Venice pier.

An Evening on the Sunset Strip

Enjoy a night on the Sunset Strip starting with an omakase dinner at LA’s hidden gem and celeb hideaway, Sushi Park, or the chic Olivetta. Follow that with a drink at Tower Bar and a show at the famous Comedy Store just across the street. You’re bound to encounter notable acts like Whitney Cummings and Liza Shlesinger. If you’re still energized from there, grab a swanky drink at The Nice Guy or dance the night away at The Abbey, LA’s most iconic gay bar.

Day 3: Barry's, Spa, Shop & Sip in Los Angeles

Barry’s & Brunch

Cure the Sunday hangover with a sweat sesh at Barry’s followed by brunch at Gjusta or Great White.

Relax with a Spa Day

Book a relaxing treatment at LA’s female-only Olympic Spa, a Korean wellness institution. I recommend the “Goddess” for the full Monty. Alchemie is a great Westside spa alternative if K-Town feels like a feat.

Shop & Sip

Freshen up and head to Beverly Hills for some shopping. Treat yourself to that designer piece you’ve been eyeing from one of the iconic shops on Rodeo Drive. Wash away the sticker shock with a drink at Dante, the Beverly Hills Maybourne Hotel rooftop bar featuring a live pianist and breathtaking views of the Hollywood skyline. Be sure to secure a reservation in advance.

Cozy Dinner

Enjoy a cozy dinner at Dudley Market, a natural wine bar tucked away on a quiet Venice street, steps from the ocean. This cozy spot is known for its seafood, but don’t sleep on their burger — it’s one of the best in LA!

Need to know

Pro tip: Be sure to avoid LA's notable "May gray" and "June gloom" timeframes in favor of the gorgeous sunny summer months of July - September.
