Day 1: Arrive in Barcelona

Experience the beautiful display of water and lights in the heart of Barcelona.
Start your Spanish adventure in Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia. Barcelona has an infectious energy that’s hard to match. After checking in at Hotel Pulitzer, head straight to Plaça de Catalunya, where you’ll feel the city’s heartbeat. The square is a central hub, surrounded by beautiful architecture and bustling with street performers and open-air cafés.
For lunch, grab a comforting plate of fresh pasta at Macchina Pasta Bar, a cozy spot that balances simplicity and flavor. Afterward, dive into Barcelona’s tapas culture with dinner at Casa De Tapas Cañota. Their seafood and Spanish flavors are incredible — don’t skip the gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp)!
Cap off the night at the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc, where the blend of water, lights and music creates a magical atmosphere. It's a must-see moment that makes you feel like you're stepping into a postcard.
Day 2: Explore Barcelona

Flamenco is a passionate and soulful expression of Spanish culture, blending intricate guitar rhythms, powerful vocals and dramatic dance.
Start with a cozy breakfast at Cremat 11 — the eggs Benedict are divine. Then, spend the day immersing yourself in Barcelona’s architectural masterpieces. My personal favorite is Park Güell — Gaudí’s whimsical, colorful designs make you feel like you’ve stepped into a fairytale.
The Sagrada Família is another can’t-miss landmark. Even under construction, it’s breathtaking — take a moment to sit inside and admire the stained glass as the light filters through.
In the evening, unwind at Ciutadella Park. If you’re looking for a truly immersive experience, book a flamenco show at Tablao Cordobes. The passion and intensity of flamenco is something you have to feel to understand. It’s more than a dance; it’s a story of love, joy, sadness and pain.
Day 3: Take the train to Valencia

Downtown Valencia
Take a high-speed train to Valencia, known for its historic charm and thriving beach culture.
Check into the Only YOU Hotel Valencia, a chic and modern hotel in the city center.
Valencia is more laid-back compared to Barcelona but still full of charm. After checking in, head straight to Playa del Malvarrosa. There’s something about walking along the Mediterranean coast with the sun on your face that makes you feel like you’ve really arrived.
The city’s old town is charming and easy to explore on foot. One of my favorite spots is La Lonja de la Seda — the Gothic architecture and history of the silk trade are fascinating. End the evening at Atenea Sky for sunset cocktails and panoramic city views, the perfect blend of modern elegance and historic beauty.
Day 4: Head to Marbella

Marbella Harbour
Fly to Málaga, then head to Marbella for a taste of luxury along the Costa del Sol.
Check into the Nobu Hotel Marbella, a luxurious and stylish beachfront hotel.
Marbella is where relaxation meets glamour. Spend the afternoon lounging on the golden sands or exploring the quaint old town. The whitewashed buildings and narrow streets give it a romantic, almost Greek feel.
For lunch, The Fisherman’s Daughter is a hidden gem with fresh oysters and seafood and ocean views. Dinner at Cipriani Marbella is a splurge, but worth it for their creamy risotto and signature Bellinis. Marbella’s nightlife is vibrant, so if you’re up for it, head to a beach club for cocktails and music under the stars.
Day 5: Travel to Seville

Plaza de España, Seville
Travel to Seville, the heart of Andalusia, known for its rich history and lively traditions. Seville is enchanting — it’s one of those cities that feels steeped in romance and tradition.
Check into Hotel Alfonso XIII, one of Spain’s most iconic and luxurious hotels, for two nights. Start with a visit to Seville Cathedral — climbing to the top of La Giralda for panoramic views of the city is well worth the effort.
Plaza de España is breathtaking — the intricate tile work and fountains make it one of Spain’s most beautiful public spaces. Take a boat ride along the Guadalquivir River to see the city from a different perspective.
The highlight of the night will be a flamenco show at Los Gallos. The raw emotion and rhythmic intensity of flamenco are unforgettable, and you’ll walk away with a deeper appreciation for Spanish culture.
Day 6: Get lost in Seville

Inside the Royal Alcázar of Seville
Contiune your adventure in Seville with breakfast at La Cacharrería (get the cabrito toast!). Join a Seville food tour to sample local favorites like jamón ibérico, salmorejo (cold tomato soup) and sherry.
Seville’s charm is in its details. Getting lost in the narrow streets of the Santa Cruz neighborhood will lead you to hidden courtyards and picturesque alleyways.
For dinner, BACO CUNA 2 offers a contemporary twist on traditional Andalusian dishes. Ask for a seat on the terrace.
Day 7: Visit Madrid

Plaza Mayor was first built during the reign of Philip III
End your Spanish adventure in the capital city of Madrid.
Check into Hotel Urban Madrid, a sleek and modern hotel in the heart of the city.
Madrid’s energy is undeniable: it’s vibrant, sophisticated and effortlessly cool. Start at Puerta del Sol and make your way to Plaza Mayor for some people-watching and street performances.
The Royal Palace of Madrid is stunning, especially the grand staircase and the Hall of Mirrors. If you’re into art, the Golden Triangle of Art (Prado Museum, Reina Sofia, Thyssen-Bornemisza) is a must. Seeing masterpieces by Goya, Velázquez and Picasso is a humbling experience.
For lunch, head to Casa Lucio for their iconic huevos rotos, which are simple yet unforgettable. End your trip with a farewell dinner at Sobrino de Botín. It’s the oldest restaurant in the world, and their roast suckling pig is legendary.
