Eat

Mama's Fish House (Fine Dining): This might be one of the best-known restaurants on Maui so make reservations far in advance! The restaurant has a beautiful oceanfront setting and a relaxed, island vibe, making it a perfect spot for a romantic dinner.

Spago (Fine Dining): Located at the Four Seasons Resort in Maui, this is a must-visit for any foodie looking for a high-end dining experience. Their signature dish (and my personal favorite) is Seafood Curry, is a standout.

Eskimo Candy (Casual): The menu features a variety of seafood dishes, but the standout is their famous Poke Bowl — a delicious and refreshing bowl of marinated raw fish served over rice. The restaurant also has a fish market where you can purchase fresh seafood to take home and cook yourself.

Paia Fish Market (casual): Located in Kihei, this is a must-visit for seafood lovers in Maui. The restaurant has a casual and their menu is simple (featuring classic seafood dishes like fish and chips, fish tacos, and grilled fish plates.) It has super reasonable prices, making it a great option for families and budget-conscious travelers.

Drinks

Maui Brewing Co - A brewery located in Kihei that offers a great selection of locally brewed beers. They have a large outdoor seating area with a great vibe, making it a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.

Monkeypod Kitchen - This is a popular spot for craft cocktails, local beers and live music. They have live music several nights a week and a daily happy hour.

Four Seasons Lobby Lounge - This elegant lounge in the hotel's lobby offers light snacks, cocktails, and stunning views of the ocean. They often have live music in the evenings, including local musicians playing traditional Hawaiian music.

Any pool or beach bar - Soak up the sun and indulge in Maui's laid-back vibe as you sip on a refreshing cocktail or a cold beer. Sometimes there's nothing better than appreciating exactly where you are.
