Day 1: Wine Tasting Followed by a Michelin-Starred Dinner
Most hotel check-ins are in the early afternoon, so we always recommend a wine tasting before noon to get you in vacation mode. Swing by Convene by Dan Kosta which is located a few minutes off Healdsburg square and make sure to make a reservation before showing up.
For a late lunch, hit up Restaurant at The Madrona and be sure to order the Pork & Rock Shrimp Okonomiyaki. By the time you check into your accommodations, you'll be feeling good!
Freshen up for dinner and you're on your way to the newly opened Cyrus in Geyserville. It's a Michelin-starred tasting menu on extraordinarily beautiful grounds.
Day 2: Excellent Bordeaux & 3-star Michelin Establishment
There's nothing better than starting your day with a croissant made for the gods. Quail & Condor is making pastries of the highest order and you won't be disappointed. There can be a bit of a wait so be patient. Plus, you'll need some sustenance for your tasting at Verite Winery. These wines are considered to be some of the best Bordeaux blends on Earth, so take your time. This tasting can often take up to 3 hours.
You'll need a bit of a non-drinking break before dinner at Single Thread, which is the only 3-star Michelin restaurant in Sonoma County. Call us after.
Day 3: One More Winery
Welp, it's day three (and usually a Sunday) so time to ease out of the magical weekend. Sleep in, take breakfast in bed and prepare for your last wine tasting of the trip. Oh come on, you're in wine country after all.
Arista Winery is making some of the best Pinot Noir & Chardonnay in the Russian River Valley. The property is tranquil and a great last stop before you head home.
