Curator’s statement

Las Vegas, Nevada is an oasis in the Mojave Desert, and nestled within this oasis is a hidden gem along the Las Vegas Strip — The Venetian Resort. What makes it special? Both The Venetian tower Las Vegas and its connected sister property, The Palazzo tower, are both luxurious all-suite properties! This means that when you book your Vegas getaway at The Venetian, you are locking in a room nearly twice the size of a typical Las Vegas hotel room. Offering more space, comfortable beds with luxurious linens, a living room to entertain in and a large bathroom with a soaking tub, The Venetian tower Las Vegas suites offer the most amenities — making it arguably one of the most comfortable spots to stay on the strip. When you stay at The Venetian tower Las Vegas, you will immerse yourself in the splendor of Venice, Italy, where throughout the resort you can see impeccable reproductions of iconic landmarks like the Doge's Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. All under one roof you can experience incredible shopping, unwind in the full-service spa or indulge in some of the finest dining options along Las Vegas Blvd. This is undeniably a must-see property in Las Vegas. A pro tip, as a corporate event planner for large-scale conferences, The Venetian tower Las Vegas is great for celebrations and groups of all sizes. So whether you’re looking for a couples getaway, a bachelor or bachelorette party or even a conference for hundreds of people, feel free to reach out and I can help build your next Vegas getaway.

Your visit to Las Vegas would not be truly complete without immersing yourself in the experience of these gondola rides that make you feel like you’re in Italy. Glide beneath charming bridges, past cozy cafes and under elegant balconies as you leisurely drift along the Grand Canal. One of the standout activities in Las Vegas, each gondola is guided by a singing gondolier. Indulge in the romantic ambiance as you enjoy a live serenade from your unique vantage point aboard the gondolas.

With a height of more than 360 ft., The Sphere at The Venetian stands as the world's largest spherical structure, showcasing remarkable architecture. Boasting 580,000 sq. ft. of fully programmable LED exterior, it is the latest landmark lighting up the Las Vegas skyline.

  • From karaoke to cocktail lounges, The Venetian offers 10+ spots to grab a seat and enjoy a drink! KAMU Ultra Karaoke and bar is one of my favorites, featuring private room karaoke with thousands of songs to choose from. For those looking for more classic cocktails, the Juliet Cocktail Room is your spot, and is known for innovative drinks like the “Melon Baller” shot and the “Pepino y Pineapple”.

  • Shopping is always a highlight for me during any trip! One of the standout experiences is The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian tower Las Vegas. This unique destination boasts more than 160 signature stores, including numerous luxury brands. The charming cobblestone walkways, intricately painted ceilings resembling clouds and picturesque canals with gondolas all combine to create an ambiance that truly transports you to the streets of Venice, Italy.

Are you ready to dive into a culinary adventure unlike any other? Imagine indulging in exquisite dishes crafted by world-renowned chefs such as Thomas Kellar, Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck and more — all under one roof at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. From fine dining to casual bites, there's something to satisfy every craving without ever having to leave the luxurious Venetian tower.

Treat your taste buds to traditional dishes like steak frites, french onion soup or a croque madame in a cozy and inviting ambiance. And don't miss the opportunity to take home fan favorites such as pain au chocolat, madeleines and macarons from Bouchon Bakery.

  • SUSHISAMBA: An all-time favorite for lunch or dinner, SUSHISAMBA is a fusion restaurant featuring Brazilian, Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. The menu features a variety of options, from the savory meats of the robata grill to exceptionally fresh sushi, sashimi and ceviche, catering to all. Notable dishes include the Samba strip roll, sea bass with Peruvian corn, Wagyu mini tacos and rock shrimp tempura. Additionally, for whisky lovers, SUSHISAMBA has one of the most extensive Japanese whisky collection in all of Las Vegas.

  • Mott 32: If you're craving some of the best Chinese food in Las Vegas, Mott 32 is the place to be. Picture this: a stunning interior setting and a menu that features dishes from Cantonese, Szechuan and Beijing cultures. You absolutely can't miss out on the signature crispy sugar-coated charcoal pork buns and Iberico pork soup dumplings from the dim sum menu. And if you're a meat and fish lover, the crispy triple-cooked wagyu beef short ribs and wok-fried Maine lobster with ginger & scallion are must-tries. But the star of the show? The apple-wood smoked Peking duck, which is prepared over 48 hours in a special air-drying duck fridge before being roasted to perfection. And here's a bonus - Mott 32 offers a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian options, so there's something for everyone.

  • Estiatorio Milos: At Estiatorio Milos located in The Venetian tower Las Vegas, experience one of the world’s most celebrated Greek seafood restaurants that showcases a signature fish market where guests can handpick their desired seafood and choose how it's expertly prepared. Complementing this experience is a vibrant produce market, offering a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables that you can pick from to enhance your meal. The space itself is inspired by timeless, Greek architecture, featuring an open kitchen, a welcoming bar and a spacious dining room. A visit to Milos is incomplete without savoring must-try dishes, including the charbroiled octopus, grilled vegetables with mint yogurt and Halloumi cheese, and the iconic full fish baked in a shell of sea salt. And for a sweet ending, don’t forget to order the baklava - it’s delicious!

  • Delmonico Steakhouse: Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse's renowned New Orleans-style cuisine takes center stage at Delmonico, a contemporary steakhouse with a unique cajun flair. Standout items on the menu include Emeril's New Orleans BBQ shrimp, the bone-in rib eye and the delightful tableside bananas foster.

It specializes in creating delicious desserts for those who have a sweet tooth.
