Best spas in Central Arizona

A stone wall that reads "Spa at Camelback Inn" outside of a desert-colored building with a tree and cactus outside.

The Spa at Camelback Inn

Indulge in a 3200-square-foot spa and wellness facility with stunning views of the mountains and unique desert landscape. This spa and resort are a local's favorite. The expansive pool area is excellent for relaxing, enjoying cocktails and lunch or even swimming some laps before your service. Take a dip in the outdoor jacuzzi or enjoy the indoor jacuzzi in the gender-specific wellness retreat. Get ready for your signature Camelback facial or Camelback custom massage. You deserve it. Spend the day relaxing and finish the day at the most beautiful patio happy hour in the valley. The Rita's Cantina patio provides signature cocktails, delicious bites and live music. What a perfect way to end the day.

Joya Spa at Omni Montelucia

Your journey begins as you ascend a winding staircase and choose your gem to set an intention. This ritual sets the tone for a wellness journey that is all your own. This Andalusian-inspired spa is a 31,000-square-foot space dedicated to adults only to relax and rejuvenate. The rooftop pool provides unique views of Camelback Mountain, where you can drink in the day and the specialty food and beverages without leaving your lounge chair or the comfort of the cool pool. Unique to the Joya Spa is the Hammam Experience, inspired by ancient Mediterranean bathing rituals. Think: cleanse, steam, massage — Joya is the only hammam-inspired luxury spa in Arizona. Finish your day in the whisper room where you can find peace and total relaxation.

Sanctuary at Camelback Mountain

As the name implies, this space transports you to your own wellness sanctuary. Tucked away in the Paradise Valley urban mountains, the Asian-inspired architecture and treatments conjure a sense of calm and tranquility. With the Zen meditation garden, Asian-inspired services such as the Masami facial, signature Sumatra coconut body ritual, immersive Watsu aquatic massage and sound bowl fusion, you can spend the day in another world of calm. If you are looking for a pool day, the main pool is accessible but shared with other resort guests. The views are gorgeous and the Jade bar awaits to prepare signature cocktails and light bites to finish off a special day with the most stunning views. Truly a special property.
