Day 1
Day 1: Arrive in Mallorca
Plan to arrive mid-day to late afternoon to the Palma airport. Once you arrive, you'll either coordinate car service or coordinate a car rental. If you feel comfortable, I would recommend renting a car. The island is very large and much more flexible if you have your own transportation to get around. I would also say aside from some winding roads, it was relatively easy to navigate around the island.
Once the logistics are sorted, you will be off to your first stop at the Belmond La Residencia. This property is nothing short of spectacular and the staff truly make it feel like home upon arrival. Keeping the authentic Mallorcan style, architecture, and art as a cornerstone, this property leaves no stone unturned. You will be welcomed on the beautiful terrace overlooking Deia with a complimentary cocktail. Go to your room to freshen up and grab a snack, then hop back in the car and off to Soller to enjoy a sunset cruise followed by dinner at Patiki Beach.
Day 2
Day 2: Deia, Mallorca
Start the day with an early-morning tennis lesson on property at La Residencia. After you wrap up perfecting your back hand, it's time to head off to your complimentary breakfast on property. This just might be one of the most stunning breakfast setups I have ever experienced and the service is truly remarkable.
After the morning activities, you've earned a stop at the fabulous pool or spa to relax for a few hours. After a couple of hours of relaxing, it's time to take the complimentary shuttle down to Cala Deia for lunch at Ca's Patro March and checking out the crystal-blue cove it resides in. This area will be bustling mid-day during peak season.
Once you've wrapped up at the beach, you take the shuttle back to La Residencia for an afternoon rest or more time by the pool, exploring the property, or the town of Deia.
You've freshened up in time for a little pre-dinner cocktail on the terrace at La Residencia, where there is a live musician playing and fabulous libations. The sun is just about to set as you walk over to what might be the most infamous restaurant in all of Mallorca, El Olivo. The meal, the service, and overall experience will dazzle you while you enjoy a beautiful evening watching the sunset on Mallorca.
Day 3
Day 3: Off to the Next Stop
This morning you will take your tennis skills from yesterday to the courts to enjoy a morning match followed by breakfast and a little more time by the pool. Midday you will check out of La Residencia and take the 45-minute drive over to Santanyi to check in Can Ferrereta.
Driving up to this property it will be very unassuming as the door sits on a quiet side street without a grand entrance, but once you enter the doors of the 17th-century Mallorcan mansion you will be blown away by an oasis of design, art, and relaxation.
Upon checking in to your fabulous and spacious and stunning room, you head out to the streets of Santanyi to explore the shops and enjoy an afternoon coffee or juice along with some shopping at Terraorigens. Important to note on Wednesdays, there is an incredible market in the town center. Head back to the hotel to spend a little afternoon relaxing at the pool along with an apertivo.
Next, you're off to dinner at Restaurant es Moli, which is a stunning tapas restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Finish the night off with a glass of wine and a movie in bed.
Day 4
Day 4: Last Day in Paradise
This morning, you do an early start to avoid the crowds and do a little beach hopping to catch some photos of the incredible views of nearby beaches. Some of the most famous views are within 10-20 minutes of Santanyi. You'll start at Cala Llombards and Santanyi then over the Mirador de Es Pontas and finish your tour at Cala Figuera to see the beautiful marina with the iconic green and white Mallorcan architecture.
After a morning of adventure, it's time to settle in and relax with a trip to the Sa Calma Spa at Can Ferrereta. The spa has a variety of treatments, beautiful treatment rooms, sauna, and indoor pool area that will take your breath away.
You'll wrap the afternoon with your last few hours at the stunning pool, enjoying a cocktail and complimentary homemade popsicle delivered to your lounge chair.
After a few days of fabulous meals, you'd like to enjoy something a little more casual, so you head back to Cala Figuera, which is just a short 8-minute drive from the hotel to enjoy a pizza with a stunning view of the marina and boats at Cafe L'arcada.
One last sleep and you're off to your next destination tomorrow!
Day 5
Day 5 - Farewell
Wake early and drive to the Palma Airport to jet off to your next European destination! There are lots of amazing options such as the Amalfi Coast, the French Riviera, Barcelona, etc.
Let's talk about customizing this itinerary for you. Or, about other destinations.
