Curator’s statement

I was fortunate to have my first trip to Greece at the end of April 2023. We stayed in Oia and Paxos. It has been a bucket list item to cross Greece off my list and it did not disappoint. From the people to the scenic white-washed architecture, there was always beauty surrounding us.

Things to do in Greece

Secret Food Tours

Oia. We had an amazing guide and an abundance of incredible food and drinks on our food tour.

Private Boat Tour

Oia. I would highly recommend a private boat tour. It’s a bit more pricey than a catamaran tour but worth every penny.

Private car tour

We also splurged on a 4-hour private car tour from Oia to the surrounding Villages. It was incredible. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable, born and raised in Oia.

Eat like a local

Ask your guides or hotel concierge for local favorites as far as restaurants.

Pelekanos

Oia. Sunset watching is out of this world, but go for the food and service! Treated like royalty!

Taverna Glafkos

Paros. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great spot for breakfast in Naousa. While in Paros, we ate here twice for breakfast.

Soso

Paros. Fresh fish, meat and cheese make up authentic dishes. Small menu, but all is delicious.

Volkano

Fira. Amazing views, gracious service and yummy food.
