Curator’s statement
The Four Seasons hotel group not only provides an impressive backdrop for season three of the White Lotus. They are also creating experiences for travelers who are avid fans of the show. I was unable to resist the White Lotus-themed afternoon tea at the luxury riverside resort of the Four Seasons Bangkok. The entire experience was absolute perfection. Crafted ceramic platters in lotus design carry the most immaculate and tasty desserts. The chef talked us through each item on the platter. The food was created to show Thai heritage with ingredients sourced throughout the country. From the Smoked Aubergine Nam Prik to the Pink Lotus Passion and Mango Cheesecake, each piece was a sensory delight. My personal favorite was the Mango Pandan Soft Serve over sticky rice. This was certainly an experience not to be missed at one of the premier hotels in Bangkok.

Afternoon teas in Bangkok
Authors' Lounge: A long standing favorite of international visitors to Bangkok. Many famous authors have graced this location, such as Ernest Hemingway and Ian Fleming. Reservations are necessary. A strict smart dress code is enforced.
Sindhorn Kempinski: Located in the Lobby Lounge of the Sindhorn Kempinski hotel. This afternoon tea has the most amazing selection of teas to choose from, whilst enjoying the dramatic setting of the hotel lobby. The Sindhorn also has a vegan afternoon tea option. The only vegan option I have seen in Bangkok.
Anantara Siam Bangkok: The afternoon tea at the Anantara is also a rotating menu. Check out their latest offering. This was a favorite for the most original scones and cream. Another very instagram worthy location.
Four Seasons Bangkok: Rotating menu of fabulous afternoon teas in a breathtaking setting. Currently the White Lotus afternoon tea which runs until April 20th.
