Things to do in Sedona AZ

There are so many things to do during your stay in Sedona. You probably know to bring your hiking boots for the trip. But you may be surprised to know that there are also beautiful wineries in the area, as well as one of the best spas in the United States. Below are a few recommended things to do during your stay in Sedona.

Elevated Sedona Wine Tours

Let Elevated Sedona Wine Tours pick you up and whisk you to wineries within the Verde Valley wine region. Elevated Sedona Wine Tours offer a variety of experiences. I took the Elevated Vine tour and spent the day traveling to 3 beautiful vineyards. We had a delicious lunch at one of the stops.

Indulge in a Spa Day

Sedona is a great place to visit a spa resort. You can have a full experience there that will help you relax and renew your body, mind and spirit.

Day trip to the Grand Canyon's South Rim

Another amazingly gorgeous drive, Sedona is about 119 miles (about two hours) from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Make this a day trip with an early morning departure and a late-afternoon return. You’ll likely want to be back by nightfall as the roads do get a bit twisty riding back down the mountain into Sedona.

Take a hike or bike the trails

You can't fully experience Sedona without walking or biking through nature. There are over 400 miles of trails. There are hiking trails for every experience level. Take advantage of a guided hike for a more immersive experience. Most importantly, be sure to take precautions to ensure your safety during any hikes.

Take in the Red Rocks via the backcountry or off-road with Pink Adventure Tours.
