Curator’s statement
Aruba has always been on my list of must-visit destinations, and when I finally set foot on this sun-soaked island, it exceeded all expectations. From the warm hospitality of our resort hosts and tour guides to the friendly energy of fellow travelers, I quickly understood why it's called One Happy Island. I was captivated by the blend of Dutch, Portuguese and Caribbean influences, from the vibrant language of Papiamento to the cultural accents woven into the streets and restaurants. Bon Dia — meaning "Good Day" and Bon Bini — meaning "Welcome"—quickly became the theme of the trip, a reflection of Aruba’s welcoming spirit. This island is truly unforgettable, and I can’t wait to help others experience its magic!

Day 1: Arriving in paradise & nightlife fun

Your adventure begins the moment you step off the plane into Aruba’s sun-soaked paradise. Head straight to Riu Palace Aruba, a beachfront all-inclusive resort offering two side-by-side properties — one for adults-only and one for families. This resort features multiple pools, world-class dining and even an on-site rental car desk, which will come in handy for exploring the island later.
Evening activity: Nightlife & bar-hopping with Kukoo Kunuku
After settling in, kick off your first night in style with Kukoo Kunuku, an open-air party bus that takes you on a wild bar-hopping adventure across the island. This colorful, music-blaring bus is famous for its festive atmosphere, free-flowing drinks and local bar stops — the perfect way to immerse yourself in Aruba’s lively nightlife scene!
Day 2: Relax & take in the views

After a lively night out, today is all about soaking in the island vibes.
Start with a slow morning on the beach or poolside at your resort. Sip on a tropical cocktail and let the island’s tranquil atmosphere ease you into vacation mode.
Afternoon activity: Parasailing over the coastline
For a thrilling yet scenic experience, try parasailing along Aruba’s coastline! You’ll be lifted high above the water, offering a bird’s-eye view of the island’s turquoise waters, white sand beaches and the famous California Lighthouse in the distance. It’s a breathtaking way to appreciate the landscape before you start exploring on land.
Day 3: Local markets & iconic Aruba landmarks

Take a leisurely morning stroll to local markets and shops, where you’ll find handmade souvenirs, local delicacies and unique artwork.
Stop by the famous Aruba Letters for the perfect photo opportunity! These giant red and white letters are a must-visit for travelers looking to capture the essence of their trip.
Afternoon Activity: Resort Relaxation
Head back to the resort for a well-deserved afternoon of lounging, poolside cocktails and soaking in Aruba’s endless sunshine.
Day 4: ATV adventure to Arikok National Park & Natural Bridge

Get ready to embrace your adventurous side! Today, take an ATV or Jeep tour through Arikok National Park. This is a 20 percent protected portion of Aruba known for its rugged terrain, diverse wildlife and stunning landscapes. Bring your bathing suit, a mask or bandana and some sneakers!
Must-see highlights in the park
Natural Pool ("Conchi"): A hidden swimming hole surrounded by volcanic rock, perfect for a refreshing dip.
Natural Bridge: Once the largest natural limestone bridge in the Caribbean, this landmark partially collapsed in 2005, but Baby Bridge, nearby, remains a stunning coastal site.
Fontein Cave: A cave adorned with ancient Arawak Indian drawings dating back thousands of years.
Day 5: Baby Beach & lunch at Big Momma’s

Hop into your rental car and make your way down to Baby Beach, a crescent-shaped, shallow-water lagoon located at the island’s southern tip.
What Makes Baby Beach Special?
Crystal-clear, calm waters — ideal for snorkeling and safe for non-swimmers.
Soft, powdery sand perfect for lounging under the sun.
Hidden gem away from the resort crowds, offering a more local and relaxed vibe.
Lunch Stop: Big Momma’s Grill
Right on the beach, Big Momma’s Grill (a.k.a. The Home of the Giant Burger) is the go-to spot for fresh seafood, juicy burgers and ice-cold drinks. Grab a table in the shade and enjoy a laid-back lunch before heading back to your resort.
Day 6: Final resort relaxation day

With all the exploring and adventures behind you, spend today soaking in the luxury of your resort. Treat yourself to a spa treatment, a beachfront massage or a catamaran sunset cruise. Enjoy water activities like paddleboarding, kayaking or snorkeling straight from the beach.
Take full advantage of the resort’s unlimited food and drinks — because you deserve it!
Day 7: Goodbye, Aruba!

Before packing up, make sure you use any remaining resort credits for a spa treatment, souvenir shopping or a final round of cocktails.
As you board your flight home, you’ll leave with sun-kissed skin, amazing memories and a deep love for One Happy Island — until next time!
