Day 1: Arrive in Cancun & visit Playa Delfines

Arriving at Cancun International Airport, arrange private transportation in advance to avoid overpriced airport taxis. Check into your all-inclusive resort in the Hotel Zone or a boutique hotel in Downtown Cancun for a more authentic experience. Kick off your trip with Playa Delfines, one of the most beautiful and least crowded beaches in the Hotel Zone. Take a picture of the famous Cancun sign! A little insider tip: bring your own drinks and snacks — this beach doesn't have many vendors. Enjoy dinner at Puerto Madero, a top-tier steak and seafood restaurant with amazing lagoon views. If you prefer a more local vibe, head downtown to La Parrilla for authentic Mexican cuisine. Another optional choice is you can do a sunset catamaran cruise to enjoy the Caribbean views with drinks and live music.
Day 2: Ultramar ferry Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres

Kick off day two with taking the Ultramar ferry from Puerto Juarez (cheaper than Hotel Zone ferry docks) to Isla Mujeres. Rent yourself a golf cart for the day to explore the island at your own pace. Visit Playa Norte, ranked as one of the best beaches in the world. The shallow, turquoise waters are perfect for swimming. Enjoy lunch at Mango Cafe, a hidden gem for delicious tacos and fresh juices! Visit Punta Sur, home to the Temple of Ixchel (Mayan goddess of fertility) and breathtaking cliffside views. Afterwards, you can take the ferry back to Cancun and unwind with dinner at El Fish Fritanga, a casual but excellent seafood spot by the lagoon. You can also visit Xoximilco Cancun, a floating fiesta where you can experience Mexican culture, live music and food on a colorful trajinera boat.
Day 3: Chichen Itza

Depart early for Chichen Itza, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Arrive by 8 am to avoid crowds and heat. Tip: hire a guide at the entrance to get a deeper insight into Mayan history. Visit Cenote Ik-Kil, a stunning sinkhole perfect for a refreshing swim after exploring the ruins. Enjoy a traditional Yucatan-style lunch at Hacienda Chichen before heading back. After arriving back, relax at your resort or explore Downtown Cancun's Parque Las Palapas, where you'll find local street food (try marquesitas, a crispy crepe with Nutella and cheese).
Day 4: MUSA Underwater Museum

Go snorkeling or scuba diving at the MUSA Underwater Museum, where marine life coexists with submerged sculptures. For thrill-seekers, try jet skiing or parasailing along the Hotel Zone coastline. You can visit Mercado 28, a lively flea market with handcrafted souvenirs and local street food. Practice your bargaining skills! Have a late lunch at La Habichuela, famous for Caribbean-Mexican fusion cuisine. Get ready for Cancun's legendary nightlife. Start with cocktails at Mandala Beach Club. Head to Coco Bongo, an iconic club with Vegas-style performances and nonstop entertainment.
Day 5: Gem Spa at Grand Fiesta Americana

Treat yourself to a spa day at Gem Spa at Grand Fiesta Americana or a beachfront massage at your resort. If time allows, visit Playa Tortugas, a quieter beach with calm waters, perfect for one last dip before heading home. Check out and head to the airport. Allow at least 2.5–3 hours before departure to clear security and customs.
Day 6: Dive Deeper into the natural beauty

Extending your trip allows you to dive deeper into the natural beauty, history and culture. Whether you seek adventure, relaxation or cultural immersion, Cancun and its surrounding areas offer something unforgettable for every type of traveler!
