Day 1: Arrive in Las Vegas

Zion National Park is a southwest Utah nature preserve.

Arrive in Las Vegas. Try to fly in as early as you can, this is your closest international airport to St. George, Utah, you will need to pick up your rental car here. Drive 90 minutes north into St. George. This is a gorgeous city. Grab a quick lunch at Cafe Rio. This local Tex-Mex is widely known as the best Tex-Mex in the southwest. Get the pork salad, and thank me later. Continue heading northeast for 45 minutes and you'll be in Zion National Park by about 2 pm. For a hike that will take your breath away, plan on doing Angels Landing. Just under 1500 feet, make sure you show this hike the respect it deserves!

Day 2: Springdale

Under Canvas Moab camp site

Spend the morning walking the town of Springdale, just outside the gates to Zion. Charming town full of knick-knack shops and the legendary Oscars Cafe. Don't miss this local lunch spot! After lunch, hit the highway heading northeast to Moab. This is a 4.5 hour drive so plan to get there in time for dinner and hit the hiking the next day. Under Canvas, this is the dreamiest hotel which offers you glamping under the stars and red cliffs of Moab.

Day 3: Arches National Park

Delicate Arch is a 52-foot-tall freestanding natural arch located in Arches National Park.

Grab a breakfast burrito from Lovemuffin Cafe and a quick 10-minute drive to Arches National Park. I recommend heading straight away to the delicate arch trail, this can be a busy trail, however, this is the most famous arch and a gorgeous if not a bit strenuous hike.

Day 4: Antelope Canyon

The most famous section of Antelope Canyon is Upper Antelope Canyon.

Plan to leave earlier in the morning from Moab and drive to Page, Arizona. This is where you will stay to do a tour of Upper Antelope Canyon. This canyon is on Navajo land, therefore the only way to see this is through a tour. Antelope Canyon tour offers a complete tour of the history of the slot canyon. Easily one of the best tours I have ever done. Page has some great local Mexican food which will taste extra good after a long hike in the slot canyon.

Day 5: Departure

Horseshoe Bend is a stunning meander of the Colorado River.

Horseshoe Bend is a quick 10-minute drive that you will want to check out. After that, time to head home! St. George is a 2.5-hour drive from Page. Staying the night here is a great idea to rest after all your travels before your flight out of Vegas the next day.
