Things to do in Negril, Jamaica
Seven Mile Beach
This is a must-visit beach when in Negril and fortunately there are several hotels and resorts located directly on Seven Mile Beach. As the name suggests, it is a seven-mile stretch of white sand beach with crystal clear water. Take a dip in the water, go for a long walk or simply lay down and relax on the beach. There are plenty of bars and restaurants along the beach where you can grab a drink and some food.
Rick's Cafe:
This is a popular spot in Negril where you can watch the sunset while cliff jumping. The cliffs here range from 10 to 35 feet high, and it's definitely not for the faint of heart. If jumping isn't your thing (ME!), you can still enjoy the view with drinks and live music.
YS Falls
If you're up for a bit of a road trip, YS Falls is a beautiful waterfall located about an hour and a half from Negril. You can swim in the natural pools, go on a zipline tour or simply relax in the lush greenery.
Places to eat & drink in Negril, Jamaica
Scotchies in Montego Bay is one of the most well-known spots for Jamaican food. Grab a cocktail and some jerk chicken for a quick lunch before your journey to Negril
Bigs Bigga Beach Road Restaurant or stop along your drive from Montego Bay airport to Negril for a roadside taste of authentic Jamaican jerk chicken!
