Curator’s statement
Paros is a beautiful Greek island in the Cyclades complex in the Aegean Sea. The white buildings with blue doors and shutters, the colorful gardens and the stone-paved paths, differentiate the Cycladic architecture from the rest of the islands around the world. Paros is a perfect destination to enjoy the vacation you want, whether it's a relaxed one or a more vibrant one, depending on where you stay and the beaches you choose.

Things to do in Paros Island
Water sports at Chrissi Akti beach.
The long sandy beach is perfect for relaxing, but it's also a great spot to enjoy various water sports, especially windsurfing and kite surfing due to the occasional strong winds.
Enjoy a stroll along the stone-paved paths of Parikia.
Parikia is the island’s main port. One of the most important sightseeings is the church of Ekatodapiliani. You can also stroll on the long seafront promenade and watch the fishermen clean their nets after a long day’s work.
Parikia also has excellent restaurants that will satisfy all tastes. From pizza to seafood, you will be amazed with the variety of choices.
Shop at Naoussa and enjoy its nightlife. Naoussa is well-known for its bars, upscale restaurants and boutique shops. You can walk through the narrow paths and experience the beauty of the Cycladic architecture.
Visit Kolybithres. The lunar-like landscape creates small natural pools, and it's a truly unique experience. If you prefer, you can also enjoy the main sandy beach with calm, crystal-clear waters.
Experience Lefkes village, nestled in the mountains and overlooking Naxos Island. Its Byzantine path is great for a walk, and you can also visit the Church of Agia Triada, an early 19th century Byzantine-style Basilica.
Day Trips:
Take a boat tour to Antiparos, a beautiful small island with sandy beaches and great places to eat.
Take a boat tour to Despotiko, a small uninhabited island, also an ancient sanctuary. Enjoy the beautiful sandy beach with shallow, crystal-clear waters and tour the archaic temple of Apollo.

Barbarossa restaurant: A premium restaurant with fine dining in the heart of Naoussa. You may choose from a variety of dishes made with the best ingredients from Paros.
Cuore Rosso: An Italian restaurant in the center of Parikia with the most delicious pizzas, baked in an Italian oven.
Sante cocktail bar: If you are craving the finest cocktails, Sante is the place to go! The bar is located on one of Naoussa’s paved paths, and the huge tree that surrounds it offers a sense of calm.
