Today, you’ll immerse yourself in the majesty of the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque - a masterpiece of Islamic architecture and spirituality. This architectural marvel features towering minarets, intricate mosaics and a vast prayer hall adorned with the world's largest hand-woven Persian carpet. Golden Hour Delights: As the sun dips below the horizon, take a stroll along the Muttrah Corniche, a scenic walkway overlooking the harbor. This area is one of the oldest parts of Muscat and is home to the fish market, the Souk and the fort. Dig your toes into the sand for a self-indulged sunset session or book a table at the Crowne Plaza patio where you can witness the captivating spectacle of the sky ablaze with fiery hues of orange, red and purple as you sip on a craft cocktail or savor a cup of Karak tea, a strong, milky tea infused with spices. Whatever your choice, it’s the perfect option for ending a long day as you soak in the sights and sounds of the bustling harbor and stunning vistas.
