Day 1: Milan – The heart of fashion and culture
Arrive in Milan
Welcome to Milan, Italy’s bustling fashion capital! If you want to travel in style, consider flying La Compagnie, which offers direct flights from New York City to Milan.
Morning:
Upon arrival, check into your hotel and drop your bags. Your first stop should be Gelsomina for a quintessential Italian breakfast. Stand at the counter, savoring a strong espresso paired with a deliciously buttery croissant.
Late morning:
Head over to the iconic Duomo di Milano, Milan’s breathtaking cathedral, and explore this Gothic masterpiece. Don't miss the chance to climb to the rooftop for spectacular views of the city.
Afterward, stroll through the nearby Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the world’s oldest shopping malls, and browse luxury boutiques under its beautiful glass dome. Day 2: Florence – The cradle of the Renaissance

Day 3: Viareggio – Sun, sea and serenity
Morning:
Board a regional train from Firenze Santa Maria Novella to Viareggio, a bustling seaside town on Tuscany’s coast. The train station is 2 km from the beach, so pack light and enjoy the walk, or consider taking a taxi if needed.
Check into Hotel President, a charming property offering views of Viareggio’s famous beach clubs. Take a moment to appreciate the Mediterranean breeze from your room before heading out.
Lunch and beach day:

Dinner and evening:
As evening falls, take a stroll along Viareggio’s lively promenade toward the port, where you can dine at L’Antica Pizzeria Da Michele Viareggio, renowned for its pizza and local wines. Afterward, ride the Ferris wheel to enjoy the view of the sea and the nearby mountains illuminated under the stars.
Day 4: Genoa – A historic seafaring city
Morning:
Start your day with a cappuccino and pastry at Cafe Fappeni before catching the Trenitalia to Genoa. The scenic train ride offers breathtaking views of the Ligurian coast.
