Things to do in Sedona, Arizona

A view of red rocks and terrain with various green shrubs and plants. There is also a view of mountains and various trees in the canyon-like distance.

Go Hiking

There are many trails to hike based on your experience level. The closest hike to the resort is to the Boynton Pass Vortex. I hiked this alone with water and my singing bowl and it was beyond worth it! When I got to the top I took some awesome videos playing my singing bowling and spent time just connecting with the energy.

Stargazing

Experience gazing into the Sedona night sky through a powerful telescope while an expert astronomer highlights bright stars, planets and galaxies far away. This was a magical experience for me and I was able to see Saturn which was very exciting! There’s basically no light pollution there so you are able to see the stars and planets in all their glory!

Vortex Lecture

Learn about the power of Sedona’s vortex energy. If you are into energy work you will love this!

Spa Treatments

The spa treatments are so plentiful and just out right amazing, it was so hard to choose! I had to do at least two spa treatments and they left me floating after. I tried the Sound Escape and Desert Mist Body Renewal treatments.

Meditations

They host daily meditations and sound baths! Try out the full moon ceremony, Journey Through the Chakras or Mindfulness Through Breath class.

Yoga & Fitness

They have a variety of yoga and fitness classes to connect the mind, body and spirit.

Places to Eat & Drink in Sedona, Arizona

A view of purple food plated and positioned on a cement table top. There is a glass of wine and water to the left of it, and bricks in the background.

Che Ah Chi: Delicious American cuisine, great for lunch or a more upscale dinner with an extensive wine list. Everything on the menu was delicious and you get to enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful canyon as you dine.

Tii Gavo: Enjoy this delicious Southwestern cuisine for dinner while sitting by the fire pit overlooking the shimmering pool.

Hummingbird: This place deserves a chef’s kiss! I loved the vegan options, the food was so flavorful, the plating was beautiful and the service was top-notch! I dined here for lunch and dinner and they did not disappoint.

Mii amo Juice Bar: This was my favorite spot during the day for a fresh cold-pressed juice or smoothie!
