Things to do in Maui

A life-changing experience is the watching the sunrise at Haleakalā National Park from the summit of the world’s largest dormant volcano. The colors of the sky are absolutely stunning, as is the sun rising above the clouds. Arrive early and join a guided tour for a more immersive experience (they typically include breakfast and a cultural tour).
For ocean lovers, snorkel at Molokini Crater, which is a must-see snorkeling destination, and private boat charters can give you an exclusive experience away from the crowds. You’ll swim with vibrant marine life and turtles, all in crystal-clear waters.
Visit Upcountry Maui, a hidden gem of the island, where you can see charming towns like Makawao and Kula, as well as lush farms and historic ranches. The scenery here is breathtaking, and you can visit places like Ali’i Kula Lavender Farm and Surfing Goat Dairy for something unique.
Day trips
The Road to Hana is the ultimate Maui bucket list experience. Carve out a full day to explore the beauty and glory. Instead of a typical self-drive, book a private guided tour of the Road to Hana, where you’ll get a local perspective of this scenic, winding route. Stop at hidden beaches, secluded waterfalls and tropical rainforests.
Bringing golf clubs? The Wailea Golf Club offers three exceptional courses with stunning views. The Kapalua Plantation Course is another amazing location, which is the site of the PGA Tour’s Tournament of Champions.
