Things to do in Prague, Vienna & Budapest
Things to do in Prague:
Prague has something about it that just captivates people. Prague Castle, the church of St. Nicolas and Charles Bridge are must-sees. I highly recommend getting on the water for a Devil's Channel cruise. If you want to feel like you are stepping back in time to a medieval town, be sure to do a day trip to UNESCO site Cesky Krumlov From Prague.
Things to do in Vienna:
A classic candlelit concert at St. Peter's is the epitome of a moving experience. The opera in Vienna is a must. I love arranging private tours of the Spanish Riding School to see the legendary Lippizaner Stallions.
Things to do in Budapest:
The big must do that no one ever regrets is a Danube River Dinner cruise. I recommend a candlelit one with live music that is alway a hit. Visiting St. Stephen's Basilica and taking in the art work in Budapest's museums is a must.
Places to eat & drink in Prague, Vienna & Budapest
Prague dining
In Prague, Field Restaurant is a must. It is Michelin-starred, offering innovative Czech cuisine with a modern twist and is located in Old Town. A trendy eatery that is absolutely raved about is Eska. It is somewhat of a fusion restaurant and they are big on fresh, local ingredients. Cafe Savoy is the perfect choice for brunch.
Vienna dining
For the best schnitzel in the city, go to Figlmüller. Motto is trendy and upscale with a top notch cocktail menu. Famous for the iconic Sachertorte, Café Sacher is a must-visit.
