El Farallon & The Champagne Terrace: Set on the side of cliffs within the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal Resort, this stunning oceanfront restaurant is one of the most iconic in Cabo. It's known not only for its romantic setting but also for its Champagne Terrace and amazing food. The Champagne Terrace boasts over 90 champagnes from all over the world. Enjoy a glass or flight of champagne at sunset. The prix-fixe menu showcases fresh seafood and seasonal items. This is a special occasion restaurant (hint, hint...good for a birthday or engagement). Not much separates you from the ocean, so if you sit further back, you might get wet and can be chilly. They provide blankets and heaters to ensure you are comfortable. Reservations are recommended, but if you are staying at the resort, their concierge team will reach out about two weeks before your stay to ensure you get a table.

Don Manuel's: The signature restaurant of the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, Don Manuel's offers indoor and outdoor seating. This all-day restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you book with a FORA advisor, take advantage of special perks like their beautiful breakfast spread. They offer homemade Mexican classics like sopes and chilaquiles, fresh tortillas, as well as an omelette station, beautiful pastries, and fresh fruit. The Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal has an extensive wine collection. They partner with top wineries in Mexico and around the world to create custom blends just for the hotel. They can arrange a wine tasting with food pairings as one of their on-property experiences. If Tequila or Mezcal is more your drink of choice, don't forget to stop by the Agave Study.

Manta & Rooftop: Manta is the signature restaurant of The Cape Hotel in Los Cabos. It is a dark, moody, and sexy restaurant with exceptional food. The culinary journey focuses on seafood while incorporating influences from Latin and Asian cuisine. They only have a handful of tables on the terrace, which offer amazing views of Los Cabos. These are highly coveted, so be sure to book ahead of time!

Either before or after dinner, make a reservation for the Rooftop. This is a fun spot to grab a drink with beautiful views of Cabo and El Arco. Live music is played nightly as well as a DJ.

Edith's: This is a MUST when visiting Cabo. Edith's is a fun, family-friendly spot for groups of all sizes. The decor and hospitality are fun and vibrant. Enjoy dinner under the palapas and music from the Mariachi band. The food is quintessential Baja with fresh seafood and grilled meats. Caesar salad is made tableside, the shrimp scampi is to die for, and if you still have room, get the Bananas Flambé! Reservations are highly recommended.

Flora Farms: Flora Farms is one of the most talked-about culinary experiences in all of Cabo. This beautiful property has it all: an organic farm, a restaurant, cooking experiences, a spa, cottages, and much more. If you are visiting with friends or family, take a cooking class - I loved the salsa class. This spot is worth leaving your resort. Reservations are required for cooking classes.

Acre Restaurant and Cocktail Bar: Located at the Acre Resort, the hotel restaurant is one of Baja's best farm-to-table experiences. The outdoor restaurant serves globally inspired-cuisine and amazing craft cocktails. This is more of an adults-only restaurant (well-behaved children are accepted).

Toro Latin Kitchen & Bar: If you are staying at Esperanza, Toro is just a short golf cart ride away. Toro is a great spot for groups with indoor and outdoor dining. The outdoor space has a fun, cool lounge-y vibe with a beautiful garden and water fountain. A few of my favorites are short rib tacos, shrimp and crab tostadas, and hamachi tiraditos. Reservations are recommended.

Cosecha: Just opened a few months ago, this is the newest restaurant in Todo Santos set in the gardens of Hotel San Cristobal. This beautiful open-air restaurant is lush, gorgeous, and romantic when all lit up at night. The menu offers a farm-to-table experience, serving family-style dishes with many ingredients picked straight from their gardens. This restaurant was the highlight of our trip! My favorites were the sweet potato puree, the grilled fish, and the barbacoa with homemade tortillas. They also serve brunch. Reservations are recommended.

Benno & Pool Bar: Benno is the spot for a hearty breakfast before or after a hike to Punta Lobos. They also serve light fare if desired. If you are hanging out by the pool, the Pool Bar is your spot, serving colorful dishes like ceviche, salads, and tacos. The Pool Bar is also the best place for happy hour and to catch the Baja sunset while listening to live music. The Pool Bar is for hotel guests only. The hotel does not allow children under 15 years old.

Jazamango: Located about 10 minutes away from Hotel San Cristobal, this wonderful farm-to-table restaurant serves amazing wood-fired pizzas, savory pastas, and roasted veggies and seafood. This is definitely a spot worth visiting while in Todo Santos!
