Things to do in Nashville, Tennessee
Before arriving in Nashville and when there, tune into the melody of the city. While Nashville is known for its music, the murals around the city add to its artistic vibe. Keep an eye out! Listen to Nashville's aspiring artists while wandering in and out of Broadway's Honky Tonks. Think: Tootsies Orchid Lounge, Luke's 32 and Florida Georgia Line (across from the Johnny Cash Museum). Don’t feel like walking? Take a trip around town on the Nashville Pedal Tavern and enjoy a musical journey on wheels.
For the evening, get tickets to see a show at the 130 year old Ryman Theater, where day tours are also available. You can also get a backstage tour of The Grand Ole Opry House and learn all the secrets of country music history.
For the history buff, remember the country's greatest at the Country Music Hall of Fame, one of America's greatest landmarks. And don’t forget the one and only Johnny Cash Museum. Remember to take a selfie with the legend.
And for some final shopping, head on over to the Gulch neighborhood. Fan favorite boutiques include Kittenish, Blush Boutiques and Frye Boots. You’ll be wanting to rock your country gear back home!
