Curator’s statement

Turkey boasts a history that spans thousands of years, and this historical richness is evident in its well-preserved archaeological sites, ancient cities and stunning architecture. I chose Turkey as one of my honeymoon destinations because of the otherworldly landscapes of Cappadocia with its fairy chimneys and cave dwellings and Istanbul’s rich blend of cultures and traditions.
