Zach was truly amazing to work with; we knew we wanted to head to south beach for a few nights and he presented some great options (he walked us through each hotel, the amenities, the benefits +) he was extremely detail-oriented and helped us make the perfect decision for our little getaway. We LOVED the 1 hotel (always a fave) and appreciated the amenities that we got through booking with Zach. He checked in on us and ensured we had the best stay. Cannot WAIT to book with him again!

Zach got me an upgrade upon check-in and a great rate! He called the hotel in advance to make sure I had a view. He arranged the best restaurants, beach clubs and a private boat that was absolutely gorgeous! He is so thorough and on top of everything! Best travel agent I’ve ever worked with!
